McDonald's - Waimea (Mamalahoa Hwy)

I ordered through the McDonalds app and in the app it says 6 half strips of bacon as a add on for my burger, I get home and theres only 2

Very clean, and modern decor. The service much slower than the mainland...it was a bit of a wait to get my order.

I had a business call in this restaurant and it was a pleasant atmosphere. Also great employees. Top notch customer service.

Absolute shittiest, McDonald’s I’ve ever been too in terms of service. My girlfriend and I were ordering and she just wanted ranch sauce with her food and they forgot to add it when we got to our checkout with the food. The lady asked for our receipt, kept telling us that it’s in there even when it wasn’t and then finally said we could get another one for $.51 instead of just giving one. I told her to switch one of my sauces out and that it was ridiculous. I’ve never had that experience before and it was very rude.

Mr. McDonald's franchise owner, why do you charge 90 cents to add onions and another 90 cents to add pickles and you only add 2 pickles then I can't even see the onions (WHAT A RIP OFF TO THE LOCALS AND VACATIONERS) This is or should be embarrassing for you if it's not then the girl who asks for your order at the drive thru intercom that doesn't understand half of what you say is... Please train your staff and stop robbing people's money for 2 little pickles so sad you are!

We were required to order at the kiosk or on the moble app. We chose to use the app. Food was quickly prepared quickly and well. We ended up eating breakfast here multiple times. (Loved thy local platter) Each day the food was good, the restaurant is one of the cleanest I've seen and the service was friendly.

Good as always, you can’t go wrong with McDonalds.

I think photos say it all. Another customer asked an employee who walked through if someone could help her order, she stated no they were on break. My mouth hit the floor I think.

This McDonald's is great, they always get my food order right and our chicken nuggets are never dried out. RIGHT NOW THERE IS NO INDOOR OR OUTDOOR SEATING. Drive thru or takeout only as of 2/22. Remodeled recently and looks really nice, can't wait to sit and eat inside:)
