Jojo's Anuenue Shaved Ice

We loved our shave ice--and our family all got different flavors! This was especially great after a day of exploring Waimea Canyon!

The service was fast and friendly. The Shave Ice was so delicious. Way better than I remember from years ago. So glad we made the stop.

We tried 4 different flavors and enjoyed them all!! The vanilla topping was not liked by one kid. The homemade vanilla ice cream on the bottom was my favorite!! They have a good covered area outside for seating. No restrooms on site.

Best place ever! Me and my daughter came here last year and we haven’t been able to eat shaved ice anywhere else! We came here today because my daughter had kept asking for it, didn’t disappoint!!! 100/10 best shaved ice EVER!

JoJo's was recommended to us by a staff member at our resort. My wife and i decided to stop in. There is a long list of various flavors of shaved ice, with the option of ice cream on the bottom under the ice with cream on top of the ice. I got the Root Beer Float flavor with ice cream on the bottom. It was very good in tasting like a true root beer Float. There is a small room for the customers for ordering. When we arrived there was a line out the door. The line moved at a good pace. There are covered picnic tables outside to sit at to enjoy the shaved ice. JoJo's is a favorite place of everyone who visits.

Of all the shave ice on the island…this one was the top. Chill, shaded seating area right outside the spot added to the mellow vibes. I appreciated the effort the staff put in to make sure we had enough of the li hing on top, despite the bottle not cooperating lol. Great service, tasty ice, 10/10!

This shaved ice was so good. I got the makai flavor (pineapple and coconut). It tasted so refreshing and organic. And the scoop of vanilla ice cream inside of it was so creamy and delicious. Good price for the size and cheaper than most places. Fast and nice service even with one worker. Loved how colorful it was inside. I would for sure get this again if I’m on the island. I’ll be dreaming about this shaved ice.

I had the tropical breeze flavor, which had vanilla ice cream layered underneath. This was the best shave ice I’ve had on the island thus far. The small is definitely big enough for an adult. Very refreshing treat after hiking in the state parks all day. No bathroom on site. Street parking available. No line at about 4pm.

They have some great flavor choices. I got the tropical with 3 flavors and Haupia cream drizzle. Underneath the fluffy shaved ice was vanilla ice cream with macadamia nuts and mochi. A fantastic mix. We also got pineapple with coconut. May go again today. It's great to support local businesses. This one is the first one on the island.

Our favorite shave ice place we visited in Kauai (and we tried a lot). We liked it so much we came back to this same spot twice during our short stay because nowhere else could beat it! Highly recommend to anyone visiting this part of Kauai or on their way back from Waimea canyon!
