Pizza Hut - Pahoa (Pahoa Village Road)

First time doing a takeout here. Nice and clean. I got greeted when I walked in by an older female. Great customer service! Had a few females working hard. Food is always tasty.

Standard takeout style location with modern look, including cooler with drinks. Staff was helpful and friendly. The food was tasty and fresh. The location was busy with delivery, takeout, and walk-in orders.

Delivery driver was rude. Beeped horn numerous times and late in the evening waking up the neighbors. Didn't even come to the door had to meet them at the car, worse pizza delivery experience ever.

This place used to be great but the price has gone up and quality gone down unfortunately. We paid $25 for a pizza that wasn't fully cooked. I took some pics so you can see it falls apart when we tried to pick it up and the dough is still uncooked inside

Visited the store for quick lunch. It is a takeout place only . We got 2 personal pizzas, one cheese and another with onions and jalapeño. The store is conveniently located inside a shopping center.

Ordered a large thin n crispy supreme for delivery. $40 later... Got here timely, lukewarm. Not drivers fault. Their 'thin' is literally a saltine cracker, and it was chewy. Barely any sauce, barely any topping for a large supreme and it was basically not very much and not good. I only tried it because the pizzeria has been closed all week. NEVER AGAIN. Save your money or order from somewhere else...

So disorganized in this place, no one knows what is going on. The girl kept telling me that there was no order for me, over and over. The overhead screen was not working. Finally I said that I could see it in the warmer (I couldn't actually), and there it was when she actually looked. Then she blamed the system saying that it only showed part of my name. Maybe just looking instead of just going by a computer screen should be part of the job training.

We ordered our pizza so long ago. We rarely order delivery due to 1-2 hour waits for the food from everywhere. But our car broke today.... This location really failed to get a Warm Pizza to a location that is a 5 min drive at most from the pizza oven. Bummer.

No real customer service. I’ve ordered curbside a few times. Employees are always to busy not working, to realize they have a job to do. My most recent visit, we checked in with the clerk at the desk. I gave her my nam, which the order was under. She helped us put in our order. This order was subsequently incorrect, and the employee simply said there was nothing she could do about it. To make matters even worse, once the curbside order was completed, it was not carried out, which is simply the service they offer. When I walked in to get it, the same clerk who’d just helped us put the order in, said “she didn’t know it was for me.” 🤦🏾‍♂️

Driving here through a flash flood warning was worth it. This was the best Pizza Hut I’ve ever visited across the US and Canada. Service was great and the pizza was piping hot with the perfect mix of sauce and toppings. This should be the standard for all Pizza Hut locations.
