Starbucks - Waikoloa (Waikoloa Beach Dr Waikoloa Beach Resort)

Very friendly staff. Great location. Clean. No issues with the coffee we ordered.

It is hard to believe that a place located within a resort could provide such poor customer service. While we were counting our coins to pay in cash, the cashier walked away and only returned slowly after we had finished and waited for some time. On top of that, several of the coins we handed over were ignored during the transaction, resulting in unnecessary change being given back to us, even though we had specifically provided the exact amount to avoid receiving any change. When we pointed this out, the staff repeatedly insisted that there was nothing they could do because the transaction had already been completed and the register had been closed. They refused to acknowledge that they had ignored some of the coins we had provided. As Japanese customers, we felt that we were treated in an obviously discriminatory and disrespectful manner. We will never return and would not recommend this place to others. Thank you for the disappointing experience.

Coffee has terrible no taste. Was the coffee forgotten? Ordered a caramel frappe and an iced latte. Both tasted like water. Usually very happy with Starbucks

Love the new Starbucks ! Seating is great and atmosphere is very enjoyable it’s great to have a coffee shop in Waikoloa you can actually sit and drink coffee in however, they close at 5??? It is hard to get in and have a nice quiet moment after work and unwind with a cup of coffee and a good conversation. I really hope they extend their hours and go back to closing at 8 pm

Opens at 5am. New location in Queens Shop. Basic Starbucks menu. New furniture new office space.

The new spot just a few stores down is beautiful! Great atmosphere. Finally, a nice place to sit and enjoy a few coffees in Waikoloa. It’d be perfect if they were open later though (they close at 5pm), so we’d have someplace nice to go for a treat after dinner.

Needs better staffing. Wouldn't make water with coffees ordered. Really needs better staffing. Small update. Please update water policy. Staff standing around and can't help paying customers.

I’m sorry Starbucks, but this location is a joke. On this vacation your hours of operation were not as posted the entire trip. On Oct. 13 you could not break $100 bill on an order of $23 and change on the most exclusive part of the island. I also had 3 Nitro Coffees and they had to be the worst I’ve ever had. We will be glad to get home to our regular Starbucks where people actually have a clue. (This was beyond Island Time which we respect. It’s far from my first time to Hawaii).

This is day 6 of ordering daily. As a Starbucks barista I'm having a hard time understanding how this is light room. I get it, it's a tall in a venti I don't like 2 tea bags in my tea not trying to be cheap. I just don't think it's that hard to follow the order either. This is also the first time in 6 days that we've been greeted upon walking in the door, I get it it's a tourist area but this is also Starbucks. I know what my manager, district manager and area manager require of me as a barista. It should be the same at all stores.

It was so nice to have a Starbucks in Hawaii right near the resort we stayed in. There were nice tables and chairs to relax in with a drink, enjoying the Hawaiian fresh air.
