We celebrated our son's birthday with seafood and steak. We had a beautiful view from the lounge overlooking the pool and ocean at the Hilton Waikoloa Beach Resort. We walked over from the Palace Tower. Beautiful views, top shelf food, friendly staff. Thank you for looking after us so well.

We have been to kpc many many times over 20 years. It has always been our favorite place on the island so it was the place we wanted to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our family of 14 people. We made reservations for 6 pm to see the spectacular sunset. It did not disappoint. It was gorgeous. The wait staff was unattentive to say the least. We got no drink refills. Our food arrived cold. My butterfish was awful. When the waiter saw I wasn't eating it he asked if it was ok. I told him no I didn't like it. He simply took my plate. Didn't ask if I wanted something different didn't say I'm sorry. Nothing! On the way out I spoke with the manager. She said I'm so sorry. That's it!

While the food at KPC was delicious, our server Dee Anna was the highlight of our experience at KPC! Her menu knowledge and welcoming energy was the perfect start to our stay with the Hilton

Amazing location, nice food but I expected more from the food and service. Even when there’s a lot of places with beautiful views inside the resort, this restaurant’s terrace is the best spot to enjoy the sunset with a nice meal. We got two adult menu that included entree/main course/dessert and bread; and two from kids menu. The place was not too busy but the service was somewhat slow, the food was perfectly cooked and hot, shishito peppers entree were delicious and fish main course tasty. Deserts a little underwhelming.

Had the pleasure of attending one of the winemakers series dinners at KPC and what a treat! Stunning location with spectacular sunset and ocean views and then the glow of fire pits and torches at night. Service was prompt and attentive but the real treat was the exquisite food. Chef Albert Sandoval is doing great things showcasing fresh and local ingredients in creative ways and really highlighting all the wonder ingredients available on the Big Island! Every bite of dinner was incredible. I would highly recommend checking out Kamuela Provision Company and the Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort!

My husband and I were on our 29 year, 36 years together anniversary vacation. We dined here for our anniversary. We had a 6:30 dinner reservation and were seated promptly by a nice hostess. My husband was promised a table right along the beach line, but we were not. He told them that as we were being seated. She said they had to switch tables with someone else. No reason given. That was disappointing. We were seated out side but not as promised on the beach line. We had an extremely nice and attentive server named Alfredo. He took the time to go over the specials and the menu. My husband really enjoyed his seafood. It was fresh and cooked perfectly. I ordered the chicken. It was a bit dry, but not terrible. You have to pay $12 for a bread basket. I think that's a little ridiculous. Any high end places we have ever eaten at, they give you a bread basket at no charge. The bread was very good though. Overall, it was a lovely evening as they gave us a free lava cake to celebrate our anniversary which I thought was very nice. It is overpriced, but it is a nice place for a special occasion.

The ambience of this restaurant was absolutely amazing. It was a nice breeze. It’s very well lit, but you get to enjoy the outside and the sound of the waves while you enjoy your meal. We ordered several dishes as well as a dessert during our visit and I must say all of them were phenomenally well prepared and well presented

High end, signature restaurant at the Hilton Waikoloa. Fresh local seafood. Was surprised that they did not serve local Big Island beef, but food and drinks and service were great and the ocean view, especially at sunset, are wonderful. Reservations are a must. There is no parking. You have to park up at main entrance to complex, either self or valet, and take tram. With drinks, starters, entree and dessert easily over $100 per person, plus tip.

Kamuela Provision Company is one of the most scenic dining experiences to be found on the island. In the evenings you can watch the sun set on the horizon, followed by gorgeous skies. With our reservation, seating was immediate and the service was pleasant and friendly. The servers were happy to help us with our menu questions and guide us with our choices. We received our drinks quickly. The servers were very attentive. Our dinner was served in a short amount of time. The dinner had the perfect amount of portions and everything was cooked to perfection. The lobster with the asparagus and mashed potatoes was delicious. I highly recommend Kamuela for that special night out on the Big Island.

The best thing about this restaurant is the view. The food was decent, but not great. $88 steak wasn't worth the price tag, in my opinion. Not very flavorful. The wedge salad was good. The $16 bowl of rice was a COMPLETE ripoff. It's like they are overcharging since you're basically stuck at the resort. My wife enjoyed her chicken. Bread rolls were tasty, but it costs $12. Nothing complementary here. We did get a nice desert for our anniversary. Overall, it was a decent dining experience. Service was fine. Just nothing stands out here, other than the incredible sunset views.
