McDonald's - Kealakekua (Mamalahoa Hwy)

The doors were locked. You could not go inside to order. The drive-thru was unimaginably slow...so frustrated with everything that I left without ordering anyone

OMG the new shake along with the meal is actually so good. I never thought McDonald’s would be this great. To be honest, I would never pick anything else if this wasn’t limited edition. GET the new McDonald’s shake it is delicious. 🤤 to be honest, never in my life have I ever experience happiness and rainbows all in one cup

This was horrible, we ordered the food online and took our money, and around 20 minutes later, comes to find out that they do not have out order but we got charged already, They also have horrible customer service.

10 piece nuggets with ranch were good. Broken urinal in restroom overflowing not so good. 🌊

Weed of this location fairly often just because it's convenient to our house. My husband ordered a bacon quarter pounder. It came without any bacon even though he was charged for it. I ordered a cheeseburger no pickles and got no cheese on my cheeseburger. The food was very sloppily made with only a little sauce in the very middle of the bun and I thought there were no onions but there did appear to be 3-4 slivers. It's confusing to me when you order on their kiosk that there could be so many misunderstandings about what is ordered.

McDonald’s in Kealakakua is a joke. The dining room is rarely open when I come through, so I am forced to use the drive through and eat in my car. To make things worse they can’t seem to be bothered to think through what a customer needs with the meal that was ordered. I ordered a big breakfast plate. No butter or jelly for the biscuit. No salt and pepper for the eggs. I guess I’m fortunate to get a knife and fork this time. A little bit of training would be nice.

This McDonald’s has the rudest manager named Ray. Long story short, I placed a mobile order and it didn’t come out even after 30 mins. I was questioning this and instead of helping me he yelled at me to get off “his” property and pointing to leave. They took my money and I got nothing no food in exchange. I am just in shock that an employee would even talk to anyone like that. He might be frustrated with something else but he definitely took it out on me. McDonald’s should double check what kind of people they hire.

Ordered 2 mcchickens with no mayo, both slathered with mayo. Ordered a frappe with an extra shot, there was not an extra shot put in there at all. Fries are freezing cold and hard. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues like this with the closing crew. I would go back but it was after I got off work tonight and they’re closed now.
