One of the male workers made my sandwich, I loved how kind and patient he was, I got to try a new combination I wouldn’t have otherwise tried, and I enjoyed talking with him as he made my sandwich. He portioned well and I can’t wait to come again.

I no longer eat at Subway - this is a big problem. Inconsistency. The brand is being damaged by poor and inconsistent workers.

There is a crazy sensitive and super loud doorbell that makes it impossible to sit and eat. It goes off every 20 seconds! Why isn’t it located in the back of the restaurant? People were mystified.

Do not come here if your in a hurry... Horrible staff at 6pm today 3/27/25... I turned around and walked out over to LNL where they had food ready to go, they ignored me at this Subway store for 5 mins despite there only being one other customer inside LOL.... Wont be back here anytime soon. This location is so lame its not even worth my time to go into full detail... It was pure torture watching the girl sweep the floor while the only other worker needed massive help.. Horrible teamwork.. Toxic place!! STAY AWAY... 5mins is equal to 10/15mins to these workers LOL

I always order the Ultimate BMT but this time I got the Philly based on the picture on the menu board which showed the meat overflowing between the buns. What I got was a flat sandwich where you wouldn’t even know what kind of sandwich you ordered. So upset I gave it to my dogs! Next time I’ll stick to my usual!

The “Assistant manager” was one of the rudest fast food employees I have ever met. I have had better customer service from teenagers.

What a disappointment! I ordered two 6-in outlaw subs and a 6 inch garlic steak sub. The bread had been frozen and then over baked so when you touch the roll all the crust, top and bottom, would flake off. It was a very dry sandwich. You could not taste the sauces at all. Since the amount of meat has been cut down you need to really load up your sandwich with veggies to get anything worth eating. I will not be going back to this location again. Frozen bread is okay, I freeze my bread all the time so I know what old bread that has been in the freezer too long looks like! And then to have the bread toasted so there were burn spots on the top is not acceptable. Frozen bread that has been in the freezer too long dries out to a chalky consistency. That is what this bread tasted like period

All I wanted was to try their new sandwich and this is what I got. Make sure if you’re gonna take advantage of the great deals on their app or save time by ordering ahead, it’s not worth it, you have to watch them make your sandwich. What I asked for vs what I got. Worst experience ever. Waste of time and money. If this is how they make your sandwich when you’re not there, I don’t even want to imagine what’s happening in the back.

I usually go to the Pahoa Subway. Since there was a BOGO online only deal at the Keaau location, I decided to give it a try. HUGE mistake. The bread was dry, the wrong bread, next to no sauce, little amount of veggies and it just tasted terrible. The pahoa subway does it right consistently. The workers at the keaau subway can't even make a decent precut sandwich? Sad world we live in. If you can go to hilo or pahoa, avoid the keaau subway.
