Girls were awesome, place was clean and the subs were delicious.

Staff is awesome and friendly and great customer service

Amazing experience at this Subway! Dare and Jasmine were both awesome—super friendly, fast, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. The store was clean, the service was great, and they really went above and beyond to make the visit enjoyable. Employees like Dare and Jasmine are the reason I’ll keep coming back. Highly recommend!

Not only was the subway, clean newly constructed, and just an overall chill vibe, there was a sandwich artist working when I had come in today for a sandwich with my friends. Her name was Dare. Dare’s customer service and communication skills were off the charts excellent and she had just an overwhelmingly, friendly vibe and demeanor and was extremely helpful. I’m going to come back to this location again merely because of the customer service I got from Dare and Jazmine and I would encourage anyone else to stop by this location. If you’re lucky Jazz n Dare just might be working.

This location was very clean and orderly today. Tiare was phenomenal. My orders were done with attention and quality. She even walked the sandwiches over to the table I was sitting at when she was done making them. I appreciate you!

Very rude and unfriendly. They were out of all of the condiments so I got avocado so my sandwich would have something besides meat which cost an extra 1.79. The food was so-so without condiments and probably the worse Subway sandwich I’ve had, but the rudeness is ridiculous. We won’t be back nor will any of our friends. Gross!

8/5/24 at 4:44 pm subway location 194 kilauea ave suite 104 I was looking very forward to buying my husband a Subway! I have never felt so humiliated, I've been eating Subway for a decade and never experienced poor quality, poor customer service extremely unprofessionalism. We ordered a food-long outlaw sub when my husband received it in the store, the sandwich felt super light he barely opened the sandwich at the side of the table because he didn't want to hold up the customer behind him and to ensure were getting what we paid for. Upon opening the sub, it hardly had any meat/ veggies that came with it. He asked the both shift manager and the supervisor politely if they could make it better and told them that he already paid for it, the shift manager said "Is what you ordered.. and the serving portion is on the receipt" and " you can write a bad review or whatever ... you want to write ." I wasn't happy with the sub either and asked the manager for a refund due to poor quality and the customer service. The shift manager and the supervisor, both lied... first they said we cant take it back after walking out of the store, which we never walked out or left the store . We were in the store the whole time trying to find out a person in charge to better address and improve on their customer service and food quality and prevent future customer dissatisfaction. But they did not even provided us with this information. I had to call another store to get the information. Very discouraging instead the shift manager takes the initiative in solving the problem and improving on customer satisfaction. he encourages the customer instead to write a bad reviews! Unfortunately, the rating does not allow to post w/out selecting at least 1 star but you don't even deserve that ! Update changing to one star to Five thanks to Manager Tierra. I wanted to express my gratitude too Tierra the female shift manager whom reached out to me and personally invited us back and redo the sandwiches as we wish not like the other manger whom him and his coworkers wanted to escalate and argue instead of correcting the request. I’ve been back several times and been very pleased. I believe the other staff they had some additional customer service as they seem to be more polite. I know Tierra will eventually will succeed in her personal and professional goals! Whatever they may be. Thank you again. Five stars.

Considering this is a restaurant on making thing YOUR way and what you want on it… It’s 50/50 on if you’re going to get a nice / decent worker. Sometimes they’re amazing and nothing but praise and you get exactly what you asked for. Other times the workers are just plain rude from the get go. If you try to ask about something you didn’t want or need to add some employees make you feel as if you’re the problem. Also watched multiple employees touch their selves and other objects with gloves on, then touch the food without changing gloves. Which is disgusting in my opinion. Normally I wouldn’t even bother with a review but recently majority of my trips have been negative which sucks since this is my closest subway.
