Love Starbucks. Always a good place for amazing coffee, beverages and snacks.

Truly a lovely location. Everyone is so sweet every single time I come in. The service is lovely, and even though they were training new hires, the quality of my drink and the service did not waver. Lein is always so sweet, as are all the rest of the staff. Sadly, I didn't look close enough at their name tags to remember and write them here.

Best Starbucks location in Hilo! I could legit be shopping in target and Safeway, and would still rather come to this location. Thank you for having a parking lot you can get into, for making your matcha the way you do, and for still selling chocolate.

My overall experience with this particular starbucks has always been positive. Every now and then the beverage quality is lacking. I mean I get it we live in an imperfect world. I do love the fact that if you are not satisfied with your beverage and you let them know the barista will remake it for you. There also needs to be healthier options for food and beverages. This is something that is not controlled at the store level so hopefully corporate is working on it. Lastly, I would like to acknowledge Joy, the manager, and her team for their customer service. They do have their off days but are welcoming, friendly and make visiting this Starbucks a pleasurable experience.

Isnt a "matcha drink supposed to be blended? Edit: Asked for a reblend... told me to keep this if I wanted and they are making a new one now Pictures of the banana matcha protein drink on the website looks much more blended than this and this first one doesn't look anywhere close to the pictures😂 not to mention there's actually a chunk of protein floating on the top 2nd pic is the remake, big difference

Went here after Walmart. Apparently, Hawaii doesn't have Blonde Espresso Shots anywhere in the state, which is disappointing 😐, not just Starbucks Locations. Got a mug and they still had some seasonal Christmas 🎄items ,cranberry bliss bar. They were also out of Peach 🍑 Tranquility Tea, which is something that has plagued Starbucks locations in many states due to COVID. Enjoyed the visit and glad they were open on New Years Eve after 2100 hours.
