It's alight, I mean it's Pizza Hut. There's no place to sit & eat in at this location. Only take out. But easy to place & pick up orders.

I've ordered from this Pizza Hut multiple times, and the experience has usually been very good. The food is generally well-prepared and delicious, and the staff is friendly. This is my go-to place for pizza that satisfies. The prices are better than most fast food restaurants in town, and their rewards program is a nice touch: they add up surprisingly fast. I've had a couple bad experiences (one where they messed up my order, and another where my web delivery order was estimated to arrive in 35 minutes, and the pizza came in 70 minutes and was cold and disappointing), but I can overlook that because the positive experiences far outweigh them.

I bought a New York pizza and breadsticks from this place a couple days ago. I reheated a slice today, and bringing it up to my face, I smelled something weird. Handling the box after, I smelled the same smell. I put my nose up to it, and recognized the odor immediately as that COCKROACH SMELL. I was born here; I can recognize that smell anywhere. I didn’t see any actual roaches or droppings, but I am so turned off by this that I feel compelled to say something. If do happen to be wrong, there is still something very unappealing and unappetizing going on here. The pizza itself was quite bad, and the breadsticks are horrendous in comparison to Little Caesars’. Everything went in the bushes outside my house. This Pizza Hut is located in a relatively new building that I myself did subcontract work in. It should be clean. I'm never ordering anything from this location and possibly Pizza Hut itself ever again. Do yourself a big favor and go to Little Caesars.

Many times we order from this place before and all was good yet this time we ordered the party size pizza and the crust was old, didn't taste well and made all of us sick with an upset stomach for a few days... Kindly be more clean when preparing the daw! And don't sell old bread or pizza daw! Trust is broken with this place.

The pizzas are by far the best in town!!! Believe me it's perfect!!! Seems to be kids working there after school and they are quick, friendly and just a joy! There manager is an amazing! Shout out to Isabella and Kimi!

Super fast when ordering with the corner location (Kekuanaoa+Laukapu Street, Hilo, HI). Literally get our pizza order in 15 minutes! Very convenient when using the app because you can "check-in" and they will bring it out to you! App does need work though!

Took my siblings out for a lunch and the pizza smelt like a trash can full of garbage, could be expired olives and the front desk lady never gave me my receipt. Upset all our stomachs and couldn’t even finish our food. Don’t wanna deal with the hassle of going back in because I live so far. Not a good experiencing won’t be coming back again.

Iʻm trying to order pizza, but the phone goes to a ‘mainland call center’ and the online options seems to not know i want to order from the location i pulled up on the google search. I just want a person in hilo, at the store to talk to. Simple. Old kine. I guess i walk in and place my large order instead, and go shopping while i wait for it to be ready. Restaurant employees just love surprise large orders during lunch rush pizza hut corporate: Please make a simple way to contact the actual humans at the actual store. Call centers and online sytems really cannot satisfy all customer needs. That said, iʻm sure the actual humans at the store will be amazing aloha spirits, and iʻll tip them well.. yes tip on a carry out i had trouble placing. ALWAYS TIP, or donʻt eat/order out. this review is a comment on pizza hut corporate choices - not this storeʻs service.

I stated before that the delivery process was excellent. The food not so much. I ordered the Double Pepperoni Detroit style pizza. There was maybe 15 slices of Pepperoni, lot of sauce (probably to cover the lack of Pepperoni, lost of dough and that's it. This it the first time I've ordered from Pizza Hit in a long time. Now I remember why.
