Jamba Juice - Hilo (Puainako Street)

Apparently the workers here can’t be bothered with work.

Think I got a smoothie with expired ingredients. It tasted like mold and old. Not enjoyable at all. Mango, acai and peanut butter smoothie. Jamba juice in Hilo.

Went in for fresh-squeezed orange juice. Jamba juices solution to a problem - remove the machine. Terrible business model.

i went in with a mission - order a smoothie with ginger that i could TASTE. Jesus and Tita were the absolute BEST and worked with me to make the smoothie of my dreams 😋😋 Tita even gave me a sample to make sure it was what i wanted!! 100000/10; absolutely wonderful service and people. you won’t be disappointed. mahalo mahalo mahalo!!

I came here twice. Both times I've had a pleasant experience. Both Cashiers had excellent customer service. They huslted to get the drinks out. This place can get busy, download and order through the app for pick up and go.

Unfortunately this location has really gone down hill. It used to be great when their manager, Pono, was still here. However, congratulations to him on his new endeavor! We are so happy for him. The entirely new staff seem clueless and are very impolite. The last 4 times I’ve been here they have been unable to make multiple items due to a lack of ingredients. Definitely a management and hiring problem going on. It used to be such a joy coming in with happy faces, music, good vibes, and drink availability. Now I dread when my kids want Jamba. Very bummed. I hope they figure it out.

My experience at Jamba Juice was disappointing. When I walked in, there was only one person working who didn't acknowledge my presence. I stood there, hoping for some assistance or at least a greeting, but none came. After a few minutes of waiting I decided to walk out. The lack of customer service made it a rather underwhelming visit.

Great Jamba Juice location. Wonderful staff and convenient location. They make sure to also abide with all the sanitation and regulations for covid to help keep the island healthy and safe. Can’t get enough of strawberry whirl she’s my go to! Lol keep it up

It's not usually the most healthy option, but as a mostly vegan customer it beats out a lot of other desert options. Every time I've gone, the employees have been really great, so much that I recognize the ones that have been there a long time and how wonderful they always are - smiling, getting the door for customers and such. The store is seemingly very clean and I do enjoy going occasionally. Ive had a few smoothies that weren't enjoyable to my specific tastes, but usually they're always good and I can go with defaults if I'm not sure what to pick that I know will be delicious.
