Subway - Mililani (Ainamakua Drive Space F-9)

Terrible customer service. Mediocre food. Always refuses to accept coupons from the company so what is the point really. Prices are insane to top it off. I will not be returning.

Went in for a protein wrap and asked if I could Add protein to it and I’ll pay extra. They lady said no that it’s not programmed like that so I left I’ve never had this issue with any other subways

I was trying to use the Subway online to get the by one get one fooltong. I didn't read the fine print (that is my bad) and ended up buying 3 sandwiches. I was trying to ask questions but the lady was giving me the cold shoulder. Her co worker Tanner, came up to the counter and started explaining how the app worked. Helped me get set up with the Subway clud app. He was awesome great customer service. He made my experience go from 0 to 5.

I just recently moved to Mililani, and back in the states I always loved to visit my local Subway’s. But since arriving here, I am unable to look forward to any experience at this subway in particular. Every single time my husband and I have ordered ahead here we arrive, and wait at least 15 to 20 minutes until we receive our sandwiches. And in most cases… They are finished just sitting on the counter, and they won’t give them to us. Other times, the ladies that work here have been extremely rude to my husband. The atmosphere is slow and dreadful you can tell that nobody wants to be there. (Just today, the cash register started beeping loudly because my order took so long to fulfill.)

Ordered near closing time, Understood the frustration of having costumers at the last minute but was it necessary to have such a rude and mouthful employee? The filipina lady was nice and patient but the other employee was rushing over our orders and when other people came in he kept mumbling and muttering curse words in front of us. Didn't even bother to ask or listen of what sauce we wanted to add, pretended he didn't hear anything. Through the whole process of ordering he kept cursing under his breath

3x People in the lobby. Staff was moving like turtles. When I found the gentlmen infront of me had a mobile order that was not made, I left, because at the rate they were making sandwiches, I would have been there for a half-hour. 2nd time walking out of this location. Move faster, act like you care a little.

The staff member that made my two sandwiches was very slow. I requested a turkey sandwich as my second footlong. Had I not watched her making it, I wouldn't have seen that she started making it with half of the bread. She failed to ask me what size I wanted. What I encountered next is the main reason for my negative review. There wasn't any sliced turkey to make my sandwich. The staff member asked another staff member who was sitting in the corner of the restaurant on her laptop to assist by prepping the sliced turkey. She did not offer any assistance. They proceeded to argue back and forth about who does more. It was very unprofessional. It took almost an hour to get my two sandwiches. Unacceptable. Customer service is not a priority here.

What I ordered: - **Meatball Sub:** Italian Herbs and Cheese Bread, meatballs, pepper jack cheese, creamy sriracha, and Parmesan cheese. - **FL Chicken Cheese Dipper:** This was the only thing they got right. - **Raspberry Cheesecake Cookie:** The manager admitted that they hadn't included this in my order. - **Turkey Sub:** Multigrain bread, turkey, provolone cheese, lettuce, onions, oil, red wine vinegar, mayonnaise, black pepper, and salt. Not only did they mess up our order, but when my girlfriend and I called to inform them about the mistake, the manager was rude and unpleasant. Whoever the manager of this establishment is, she refused to believe the order had been incorrect. She claimed she had made the order herself and even mentioned something about it being slow there. If it was slow, how could she not take the time to get the order right? How incompetent and careless do you have to be to make such a mistake? I wouldn't be as frustrated as I am if she had just been a bit more respectful in her attitude. As for what I received: Meatball Sub (Italian Herbs and Cheese Bread, Meatball, Mayo, Lettuce, and Onion) Turkey Sub (Multigrain Bread, Turkey, and Creamy Sriracha—she didn't order Creamy Sriracha). Once again, I say, if this manager hadn’t been so difficult, I wouldn’t be as angry about it.

I don’t know what’s up with all of these restaurants being nonchalant about flies but it seems to be common here. I told the lady and all she did was throw away the meat it landed on. Didn’t cover things back up, didn’t try to Get the fly out. I ended up asking to have my sub remade. Idk how contaminated anything in there was. Honestly, I probably should have just walked out. Who knows when she last changed her gloves.

Worker at shift change made it known that someone would be with me shortly, & repeated herself waiting until I answered her, although I didn’t have a problem with waiting. She took her sweet time & also made messy sandwiches. When she rang me up, she asked me what kind of sandwich I ordered, a sandwich she just made.
