McDonald's - Mililani (Lanikuhana Ave (walmart))

Avoid the coffee drinks here. The mocha frappe is not blended right, it has large chunks of crunchy ice, and the iced coffee was 50% syrup and not mixed at all.

Even though it was busy, orders were made quickly, and food came out well. I don't usually rate fast food chains, but I could tell this McDonald's was on top of it

McDonalds used to stand for cheap fast food. That was their ONLY merit because, except for their crispy fries, nothing else was great tasting. Their burgers are at bottom of the list when compared to others and their chicken items are below bottom (basially in the ground) when it comes to taste, size, texture. Have you tried their "new" chicken strips? After every other chains introduced chicken strips years ago, Mc comes out with this nonsense NOW? More than $1.50 for ridiculously tiny strip and they're proud to introduce it? ONLY decent thing they have now is the local deluxe breakfast platter because it IS still cheap and we love our spam and portugese sausage. If wasn't for that, I would probably only go for .99 coffee and free fries Fridays. Come on Mc, stop being so greedy, go back to offering CHEAP food that's not totally disgusting (although it does approach that often). That is the only reason for your existance. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to be the shining beacon of cheapness. Otherwise, you will self destruct in 5 seconds.

Mililani Mauka location is a well run McDonald's store. Alfred has been training for Asst. Manager and does a wonderful job treating guest with respect and is also very friendly. Inside service is pretty fast, along with double lane drive-thru and 3 curbside pickup parking spots

This mcdonalds is alright,it's in walmart so you have to get out your car and order.the place could be cleaner,the service is good and they are friendly.wait times are some times really long.

This would be our 2nd go to McDonalds location. Being located in the nearest Walmart, its so convenient to shop and munch on some snacks. I haven't had many mix ups here. Its easier to check items when received before leaving. The kiosks are convenient, but currently not available due to covid. Same with the dining area.

Walmart McDonald's Millilani, the clerk Had a hard time hearing my wife order and we had a hard time hearing her through the mask so I elevated my voice a little and I hope I did not shock her. My voice can normally be heard very well but when I projected my voice she genuinely looked worried and I apologize for that. I meant no offense or disrespect. I really do have a loud voice. Mask...grrrr!!! My wife is diabetic and she was feeling woosie from not eating earlier in the morning so she went to the mcdonalds counter and almost passed out. She ask them for a coke and she explained what was happening. I want to thank the staff there for their promptness with helping my wife. We Really Appreciate them. After we ordered within two minutes we had our food. Professional, courteous and quick. Thank you McDonald's! Mahalo aaand ALOHA!!!! :) :)

Stood in line tonight over 5 mins waiting to place an order. Had 2 people behind the counter just doing whatever else that needed to be done, then the manager came out looked at the line and just kept on talking and didn’t address the line. I walked away and won’t go to this McDonald’s again. I guess it’s ok to make people wait to order and ignore the fact that there is a long line of customers waiting to order. Manager should be fired for doing that, if it was me I wouldn’t just talk about te problem, I’d go solve it and not watch customers walk away. You never know how much they were going to order from you when you let customers walk away. It’s money walking out the door that they are not getting.

I was in Hawaii last Christmas season and during my stay there they did NOTHING about their rude "Haole" employee talking rudely to my daughter! I guess they allow their employees to "get away" with any wrongdoings in the workplace! How "ethical" is that? I am a strong believer in "Karma" and one way or the other, it will come back on that employee! Talk rudely to the wrong customer, you will get eventually get SMACKED in the face!

My wife wanted Mcdees so we stopped here. haven't been here in a while and man this place was messy. 2 of 4 trash cans were full and overflowing with rubbish. people started stacking on the top of the trash can. i ordered Grand big mac and my fries were room temperature​ and my bun was hard. man was i disappointed​😣. …
