Please restock hot wheels The workers say we don’t get restocks anymore. but other Safeway do. Thankyou for restock sadly I did not get anything new when it got released because I was late jest keep up the restock!! Thankyou for listening and understanding my frustration.

The staff at this store are exceptional! It's a smaller store so the variety might not be as large as say, Waikele, but they also have certain things I've never seen at my local Waimalu location. I shop here often for Uber Eats orders and it's always a pleasure! Shoutout to Robert!

This review is for the deli section, this incident occurred at approximately 1015 am on Saturday Jan 17, 2026. 3 Employees were working at the Deli, without saying names, of the 3, the older female employee was the issue. She is rude and should be retrained in customer service hospitality. I understand if your having a bad day but dont take it out on the customers. Your responses to questions were condescending and inappropriate. A customer has questions, because they dont work there, its your system, your service, please provide feedback in a way that doesn't make the customer feel inferior or stupid. I wish her the best and I hope she can do better in the future.

We recently were transferred to Hawaii with my husband’s job. We were blessed to have Morgan as our cashier on multiple trips to this location. She is very friendly, super knowledgeable and made us feel at home. This is a smaller store but we typically find exactly what we need. The store is well maintained and typically stocked well. We recommend this location for your grocery shopping needs.

Great Friday deals and specials with rewards programs. Nice staff with current staff.

Safeway pick up my online order system is clumsy, upon arriving to the store , app did not recognize my phone data , had to log in to the Safeway unsecured WiFi, could not use my VPN, network is offline Employees were super helpful This review us strictly a total failure of the Safeway online network and ordering system

They have the holiday stuff out so the Christmas cinnamon smell is in the air. Love that! They are not mean and suspicious here like the stores in town. I appreciate that.It is always pricey at Safeway. $10 for a gallon of milk. Foes it have to be thi way?
