Jamba Juice - Mililani (Kipapa Dr. Mililani Shopping Center)

I recently went to Jamba juice in Mililani, Hawaii, and had a mixed experience. While my friend enjoyed their refreshing Tropical Dragon smoothie, I was disappointed with my choice of a peanut butter drink, which tasted horrible. However, thanks to Danielle's amazing customer service, my experience turned around when she promptly replaced it with an incredible chocolate substitute. Her dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction made all the difference, turning what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. Overall, while there were some hiccups, Danielle's exceptional service redeemed the visit, and I would recommend giving Jamba Juice another try.

I came in at 7:20pm and the staff told me it was too late to make açaí bowls but they close at 8pm. Lazy staff.

White male employee working on 4/13 at 2:20pm has a very disgusting attitude! His tone and his customer service sucks! If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!

It’s 5:47pm on 12/24/25 as I write this and the two employees already locked the door for the night even though it is not 6:00pm yet. Demonstrates poor customer service when I arrived during their advertised hours and are turned away, that breaks the trust established by the posted closing time and shows a lack of respect for the customers time.

Disgusting! There is trash on the floor, the trash is over flowing, the counters are dirty and the equipment is dirty. The last 3 times we have tried to order orange juice they either say the machine is broken or this time the excuse was that they don’t usually work at this location. There is also another Mililani location and one in Waipahu and their orange juice machines conveniently never work either.What they really should say is that they are lazy and don’t want to clean the machine.Can you please hire employees that want to work, work hard and appreciate having a job! On top of the place being disgusting, they made the order wrong. My next contact will be the health department.

Yummy acai bowls, smoothies. It's cool that they've expanded their menu since the last time I've been here. There are sandwiches and pretzels too. It's a cute and clean atmosphere, great service.

Store hours are not correct online or on their door. Their hours state they open at 6am but they are never open at that time and lights are always off when I stop by right after my gym workout. Please correct your posted hours or open at the time stated.

Jamba Juice. Let’s first start with the cardboard straws you give us to enjoy our drinks. Half way through the straw is falling apart and I can’t enjoy the rest of my drink ..... Than you sell bagels and cream cheese. They throw the bagel in a oven and hand it to you with a packed of cream cheese. They have no utensils to spread said cream cheese around. Fail fail fail !!!! Never again, and yes they said they never have plastic ware they didn’t just run out of it
