Thank you to the team working tonight! I placed an app order, pick it up and brought it home ro find that I was missing an item!?! So I called to report my missing item! The team member that answered the call asked me to stop by if I can tonight or write my name down for later reimbursement! I went back that night and received my missing item and more! Thank you very much! Best recovery! 😃

The food was hot and delicious. My wait was less than 5 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was nice, clean and renovated interior. The service was slow with lots of staff and many errors of service witnessed during my 20 minute wait on food. The staff was nice though. The food portion seems small and of course cost is up. Not sure that part can be helped though.

Aloha neighbors! It looks like I wasn’t the only one that planned on having Popeyes on Thanksgiving because they were so busy tonight! Our Mililani Popeye’s Manager Jane and her crew were in the flow! As always they were kind, professional and moving like a well oiled machine. This Popeyes is always clean and it has that Aloha spirit that makes me feel valued as a customer. Thanks Jane and the coolest crew in town! 😎

Food is good but when they forget to give me my sandwich they had us drive around because it was to hard to hand it to me at the door the manager is not all there

TLDR: Super slow, poor service, DO. NOT. COME! I walk in and three employees and the manager are all cuddled round a register trying to help a guy with his gift card. Manager looks at me and says, "just a minute sir" they finish and leave me waiting there for 10 minutes standing at the register waiting for my order to be taken. Manager walks by and says, "has no one taken your order yet?" Then she takes it herself. Shrimp was incredible, survice was beyond poor. Never coming back to this location.

When they first opened the chicken was fresh, hot, big and affordable. For around $20.00 you got 10 pieces, 2 large sides and 4 biscuits. The staff was fast and polite. Not anymore. Now even with a coupon it's unaffordable. $32.49 WITH a coupon and NO sides for 15 pieces!? Safeway is about 1/2 that price. Last time we were there, we were the only ones sitting at a table (besides staff) and a grumpy girl needed to sweep under our feet as we were eating even though the whole place was empty. Also the chicken is smaller and wasn't very hot.

Me and my husband are disappointed. We ordered on DoorDash, but we got the wrong order! I don’t know who ever was working tonight, but whoever it was needs to get there self together. You had one job to an order right and our order was simple. We were looking forward towards our food because we both had quite a day today. I even tried to call to let them know what happened, but they don’t wanna answer. So disappointed.

First time visiting this location in fort he lobby since I have been on the island (showed up during coronavirus). The staff was very nice and welcoming! The food is what I had am issue with. My fries and chicken tenders were cold and very underwhelming. Overall, I would visit again. Beware that the AC was n on serous blast and is a bit cold inside.

I am deeply disappointed. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.😞 It didn't start out that way though. Before I visited this particular Popeye's restaurant, I was ECSTATIC that they had one of my favorite fast-food chains here on Oahu. So I went last night for the first time in anticipation of some of the same great quality chicken i have gotten many times on the mainland. To my surprise and sadness, the 2-piece breast that I received was HORRIBLE and dry. How long had this chicken been sitting underneath the hot lamps before it got to me? It seems like it has been left out for days. There is NO WAY that this is just a few hours old. Look at how dry it is in the photo below. Absolutely unacceptable and sure, it's fast food, so I'm certainly not looking for 4-star quality. But my goodness, can't we even follow the basics of providing fresh, hot food according to Popeye's corporate standards? I will NOT be going back here.
