Fresh Brews in the Heart of Mililani
Finding a reliable spot for a caffeine fix or a sweet afternoon escape in Central Oahu often leads locals straight to Infinitea Cafe. Situated conveniently within the bustling shopping corridors of Mililani, this shop serves as a go-to sanctuary for students and residents alike. The interior is bright and uncomplicated, prioritizing quick service for those dashing between errands rather than long, drawn-out lounge sessions.
The Tea Craft
The menu leans heavily into the customizable boba experience. The signature milk teas balance aromatic, steeped tea leaves with just the right amount of creaminess. For those who prefer something fruit-forward, their passion fruit green tea offers a sharp, tangy bite that cuts through the tropical heat of the islands. The tapioca pearls are consistently firm, avoiding that dreaded mushy texture that plagues lesser tea shops.
A Local Corner Quirk
While the drinks are the main draw, the snack menu is where you find the local flair. Expect classic, salty bites that pair perfectly with a sugar-heavy drink. Be mindful of the parking situation; during the after-school rush or peak lunch hours, the surrounding lot can become a bit of a maze, so it is often better to order ahead or prepare for a short walk. It’s a low-frills, high-efficiency establishment that understands exactly what the Mililani community needs: consistent flavor served with zero pretension.

I arrived around 5 mins before closing and I asked the staff twice if it’s still okay to order. They said yes so I ordered Bad and Boujee. I felt so bad coming so late that I even tipped them. But tell me why they poured what tasted like a full amount of ginger with NO LEMONADE? I know it was rude of me to come in so late. But they could’ve said no they can’t take my order anymore. That’s $11 that was thrown in the trash. I ordered boba to reward myself and feel better after a bad day but all I get was an awful drink.

I am writing this review specifically for Infinitea in Mililani (95-1840 Meheula Pkwy, Ste C2, Mililani, HI 96789). I ordered the avocado drink, and the avocado in my drink was brown and tasted off, to the point that it did not taste like avocado at all. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location, which makes me very concerned about the freshness and quality of the ingredients they are using. I am genuinely worried that serving avocado in this condition could make someone sick, especially if they have a sensitivity or weaker immune system. The drink’s color, smell, and flavor all suggested that the avocado was not fresh and should not have been served. I strongly urge the management and staff at this specific Mililani location to review their food safety practices, check their avocado stock more carefully, and ensure that spoiled ingredients are never used. To the employees and manager at Infinitea Mililani: please take this feedback seriously and address it with your team right away. Customers trust that what they are being served is safe and fresh, and experiences like this break that trust and can potentially be dangerous!

Many delicious tea and lemonade options! The place is clean, not too busy, and has a few seats indoors. The staff are always nice and friendly. They have matcha, ube, classic taro, protein powder add-on, lemonade, so much options it can be hard to choose. Milk alternatives are available and sugar/sweetness adjustable. They have some food options as well, but I've never seen anyone order the food.
