HI Sliders

This spot is such a perfect combo with paradise ciders. They have all good options, makes it hard to choose! We went in real hungry and tried so many things, my stand out favorites were the shrimp tacos and the sliders with the bacon jam on them. All of the sauces were delicious and obviously made in house. The ranch that comes with the sticky fries is so good I have been dreaming of going back for it! If there is one thing that upsets me, it is that I didn't come here sooner.

Stopped by Hi Sliders and tried the Pretzel Sticks with Queso and the Birria Tacos. Both were absolutely delicious—the queso is a must-try! Kevin, the cook, clearly knows what he’s doing; that birria was spot on. We had a bit of a wait for the appetizer, but the way the staff handled it was pure class. Hannah was pleasant, accommodating, and frankly, revolutionary in her approach to customer service. I can count on one hand how many times I’ve seen an issue corrected so proactively and professionally. She went completely above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, offering a level of hospitality you just don't see much anymore. It’s clear this team really cares about their guests. I left feeling genuinely valued and I will definitely be back to support them. Highly recommend!

We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was, surprisingly, pretty bare. Food is alright, nothing to write home about. We all got different sliders(you can’t mix and match at the window) and swapped out to try different flavors. I’d say the pricing is standard for a food truck. Their mixed drinks are so AWFUL!!! That li hing mui powder tastes so gross but the drink itself was so bad I couldn’t finish it. I got the li hing mango and another at the table got the sour apple. Neither drinks tasted like their names. We shared sips with each other to figure out if we were given the wrong drinks, that’s how bad it was. I cant imagine anyone thinks those drinks are good. The service is also subpar. Our waitress was inattentive and spent more time chatting with her coworkers than actually working.
