Five Guys (95-1249 Meheula Parkway #210)
About
A Reliable Burger Staple in Mililani
Located within the busy Mauka commercial hub, this Five Guys is the go-to spot for locals craving a no-nonsense, high-quality meal after a long day in Central Oahu. You walk in to the sound of sizzling grills and the visual of open kitchens where everything is made to order. The scent of peanut oil—used for their signature hand-cut fries—hits you the moment you step through the door.
The Five Guys Difference
This isn't your average fast-casual spot. The kitchen team is committed to the brand’s strict policy of using zero timers and zero microwaves. You will see sacks of potatoes stacked near the entrance, usually marked with the origin of the spuds for the day. Whether you build your own burger with their massive list of free toppings or opt for their classic cheeseburger, the foil-wrapped presentation is iconic. Be prepared for the generous portion of fries; the 'regular' size is notoriously heaped into the bottom of the bag, so sharing is often a necessity.
What to Know Before You Visit
The layout is functional and high-energy, though the dining area can get quite loud during the lunch rush as families and teenagers from the nearby schools pack the booths. Parking in this part of Meheula Parkway can be tight during peak dinner hours, so patience is a virtue when scouting for a spot. It is a straightforward, reliable destination for anyone in Mililani looking for a hearty, consistent meal that satisfies the classic American burger craving without any unnecessary frills.

I love the fact that they use real potatoes, I just couldn't taste them do to the 10lbs of salt that they put on the damn fries. The burger go so soggy, by the time I got home it was falling apart. This is the definition of fresh ingredients done wrong.

Disappointing experience overall. The customer service was rude and unwelcoming... it felt like the staff genuinely didn’t want to be there. For a place like Five Guys, you’d expect better training and at least basic courtesy. The burgers were poorly cooked and definitely not up to the usual Five Guys standard. When you’re paying over $100 for a family meal, quality and service should match the price. What really topped it off was being told they don’t serve water when we asked for a simple cup, that’s just ridiculous. I’ve never seen a Five Guys location drop below a 4.0 rating, but this one somehow managed to do it, and unfortunately, it shows. Won’t be coming back.

The burgers and fries are always delicious. The store was hotter than I expected. I didn't see the peanuts out to snack on while waiting for our order.

It's been a few years since I've eaten here but was craving a 🍔 good ol simple burger and fries. Came at an off time (3pm) and waited in a short 2 person line. service was quick, and food was prepared rather quickly. I forgot how satisfying food here is! The fries are perfectly done, crispy yet soft and a little salty but keep you coming back for more...and more~ I ordered a large fry and a hamburger (double patty) $21 total. My eyes were too big for my stomach! I barely finished half but can eat the rest for dinner later MUST TRY the "all the way" free toppings order to your burger. The pickles, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms , tomato, lettuce, mustard , ketchup and mayo (I ordered mine with no mayo) make it perfection!

The taste was good. Fries were good. More expensive than any other burgers. No meal options. You have to choose your meal options. Normal burger restaurant speed. Free refills. Coca-Cola drink options. Employees are kind and fast. Atmosphere is like a bathroom. So hot inside. It needs more cooling or air conditioning. It makes you feel like in the 70s. It had a bathroom. You have to ask to open it. Overall, the burger is OK. Somehow, it doesn't look or feel like a restaurant. Parking had no issue.

I did not care for the cheeseburger and I did not finish it. I did not care for the milkshake and I absolutely love ice cream. I did not care for the fries at all they were too salty and other places make them much better. I did enjoy the Coke. And it was way overpriced for all of that bread.

Five guys for someone like myself is a Treat Yourself kind of place to go, I like it because I can customize my burger order to what I like to have in it. And have a shake as well, but my favorite part of five guys... is their Cajun seasoned fries.
