Domino's Pizza - Mililani (Ainamakua Drive Building F-1)

Toxic Manager yelling at employees in front of customers very unprofessional.

My extravaganza pizza. No toppings. Not even cheese. This is how you know there isn’t any leadership. What a franchise. The industry substandard

I ordered online a half and half pizza and paid 25$ for the pizza with the toppings I chose and got a cheese pizza. Receipt attached here. Called Dominos Mililani and got told they cannot do anything about it and that I need to figure this out myself by finding out some corporate number I might be able to call. I know mistakes happen but not finding a solution or offering any kind of help towards the mistake? Thats just unprofessional.

We have ordered multiple times from this location and really quite pleased with everything from the food to the service and to the delivery people. We have only had one hiccup with one order and when we communicated with the store about the issue it was taken care of immediately. We will continue to use this location and recommend to our family and friends.

Wow! this girl named Macy gave me the best service ever. Checked all the boxes, greeted, and treated with kindness! All places should be like this. Will be returning!

Online reviews can always be hit or miss. I tend to rank places highly, or not at all. I can honestly say that we've ordered from this location dozens of times and never had a problem. I'm waiting for them to mess up, so I can update with an opinion on their response to that sort of situation. Edit after 2 years: Still no mistakes or problems. We order about once a month.

I walked in to make an in person order since I was shopping nearby and wanted to save time. I was welcomed politely by a man in the kitchen cooking pizza. He very kindly asked me if I had an order which I did not. Then an older japanese woman was automatically very rude to me. She questioned very rudely if I was "really gonna place an order." I did want to make an order and she continued to be rude, when I asked her about deals and eventually telling me I should make an order through the app even though I do not have the app. She DID NOT want to take my order and brushed me off so the app could "deal" with me. At the end I just left to take my business elsewhere.

The pizza is good. Walked into the store to pickup my order, nobody bothered to talk to me. Just looked at me from in the back and nodded. my order was waiting in one of the windows. No locks or phone app to open, I could've taken any of the pizzas there or someone else could've taken mine.

Horrible. I'm a two minute drive away but after the tacker said the driver had left it took 40 minutes! This is the second time and never again. Tried telling myself maybe the tracker was wrong but the food tasted like eating leftovers that was reheated.

Pizzas were perfect, delivered hot and tasty (The Philly cheese steak pizza and the veggie thin crust). Driver was very polite and friendly. Never had this kind of customer service when I lived in California.. sorry, can’t post photos pizza was gone as fast as it was delivered 😅
