A Wailea Hangout for Serious Eaters

Located in the heart of The Shops at Wailea, The Pint & Cork serves as a high-energy counterpoint to the quiet resort scene. This is where locals and savvy travelers go when they want to trade white tablecloths for a cold pint and elevated bar fare. The room hums with the clatter of silverware and the frequent roar of a game on the wall-to-wall flat screens, making it an ideal spot to catch a match or wind down after a day in the Maui sun.

Elevated Pub Classics

Chef Lynn Giacomini brings a polished touch to the menu. The standout is undoubtedly the bone-in pork chop, a hefty portion that anchors the plate, but regulars often head straight for the Truffle Fries or the signature sliders. The kitchen plays with bold flavors, turning standard pub appetizers into substantial meals. You will notice the menu leans heavily into comfort food, perfect for refueling after a round of golf or a coastal hike.

The Sensory Experience

The space feels industrial but welcoming, with a sprawling bar area that acts as the anchor for the entire venue. On a busy night, the acoustic levels can spike, turning the room into a cacophony of laughter and spirited conversation. It’s an energetic, loud environment—the kind of place where you don't worry about spilling a drop of your craft beer. If you visit, be prepared to maneuver through a crowd; the popularity of their daily happy hour means snagging a seat can be a contact sport. Whether you are looking for a casual late-night bite or a place to settle in for a long afternoon of local brews, this Wailea staple captures the unpretentious spirit of a neighborhood pub.

The Pint & Cork is a solid spot for catching a game. We came in on a Monday afternoon for Knicks vs Spurs Game 3, grabbed seats in the bar area, and had no trouble finding a good view, there are plenty of TVs throughout. The service was good and the Ahi Katsu Hurricane Plate was a pleasant surprise, tasty and satisfying. The Tropical Dream Mocktail was a fun choice to go along with it. It’s a great game day spot, but I wouldn’t make a special trip just for the food.

We went for Happy hour. My husband had the margarita and two pork sliders. He liked his alot. He did say he wished the rolls were toasted. I had a very delicious bourbon cocktail and fish slider. The fish slider was very yummy. I also thought the roll should be toasted or warm I also had a short rib slider. It was ok, the bun and meat were cold. I wasn't expecting that. The garlic parmesan fries were super yummy. The poor bartender was by herself, which made it alittle slow going. But we definitely will go back.

Had dinner here last night. Walked from the resort. Super close and easy to get to. They had a line waiting to be seated but we only waited a few minutes. We ordered soon after sitting. The staff was friendly. My husband had the braised beef grilled cheese. He said it was really good. I had the mozzarella ciabatta sandwich. It was ok. The fries were just ok. All was fine, but for some reason they brought out my husband’s food but mine dint come out until five minutes later.

Best beer of the trip! Ordered the green curry bowl, so delicious! All fresh veggies and I love that the rice came on the side! My husband had Hong Kong noodles and said it was the best dinner he’s had here! The manager was super personal, seated us right away, chatted us up. Love that we could watch the football game too. This restaurant has great vibes, excellent people and our food was the best of our trip!

My husband and I ate at the Pint and Cork and had a good experience. We sat outside and enjoyed the kaluha sliders, the lobster Mac and cheese and two mocktails. The food was good, not amazing, in our opinion and the mocktails we really enjoyed. We got the sweet heat, which definitely had a kick to it and I believe the unsneaky tiki which was delicious. It was great that they had some mocktail options. The Mac n cheese was lacking a little bit of flavor, except for the top and the sliders were your average Kaluha sliders, still yummy! I’d recommend checking this spot out if you’re in town!

You’re never a stranger once! Stumbled upon this awesome place on accident after a disappointing visit to another reservation and we were hooked the first night! Dominic is awesome! As fellow bartenders who have quite a bit of experience in this industry, we were very impressed! He really made the experience for us (enough to go back every night for the remainder of his shifts) and also made some delicious drinks! We also loved the sesame crusted tuna, all of their food was delicious. Mahalo for the amazing hospitality!!

Came in for a late afternoon dessert and drinks. Desserts were delicious. Drinks as well. Did have deviled eggs and those were interesting, in a very good way. Caught a photo of the last one ;-)

Great dinner spot and worth a visit after an evening of shopping in the mall or a beach day in Wailea. Had the tuna-curry and fish and chips and they don't disappoint! Lots of flavors. Good atmosphere. Would prefer inside. Special thanks to Aaron for the customer service.

Great find! My 9 year old said it was the best food of our trip and asked to come back before we leave. Good variety on the kids menu. Pretzel bites were bomb. The Grilled Cheese was hearty. Several beer options. Most of the cocktails were whisky or bourbon based. Not my style but if it’s yours, it’ll be fun. We were in on a slow night or slow time of day so atmosphere was lacking slightly but overall enjoyed the food and conversations

My husband and I really enjoyed our meal and drinks here. They have a large variety of bourbon & whiskey. The happy hour deals were pretty good! A “mid day margarita” was under $10. Service was excellent. The food was delicious. They have quite a few TVs so I imagine it would be a fun place to watch football games. They have outdoor seating as well.
