Wendy's - Waianae (Farrington Hwy)

Terrible ordered 3 $7 biggie bag just to only get the drinks and burger then dude working register didn’t know what he was talking about didn’t even receive the nuggets and fries ‼️

I am leaving my review because I had terrible experience here. YOU ALL SHOULD BE FIRED!!! SHAME ON YOU! I WAITED WITH MY FAMILY IN DRIVE THRU FOR 35 MINUTES. No one come to speak to take our order! We went around park car to walk in. Employees were on their PHONES! No help at all, they only help the people they know 🤷. I ask to order, I get snobbed and woman said "We dont serve your kind" "We have the right to refuse service to people like you"! Its sad. We just wanted to order food. We will never come here ever.

The food takes too long, almost like have no workers. I did a walk in order from the kiosk. Because the worker didn't come to the cash register to take my order.. I waited almost an hour as well as some of the people before me. I had better service at other location. The waianae store one is the worse.

The girls working there are mean and rude I ordered two large frosties and they weren't even filled up all the way to the top... boycotting this Wendy's go to a different location.

Got there at 12:10am. No one came on the intercom. Pulled up to the windows no one inside. Waited for a while but no one showed up. Went to TacoBell instead. Aloha Wendy's.

Pretty average experience from this Wendy’s, however, when we went to the drive-through the person taking our order was a bit rude. Also, we got some chicken wraps and I think they just dumped everything in a tortilla didn’t wrap it then gave it to us

We told the person we wanted 2 burritos with 1 with a meal and other one by itself but we only got 1 burrito that was cold not warm at all and with fries and a drink with no straws. I got ripped off but its ok cause i dont want to be one karen. Mind you this is my first time getting food at Wendy's :(

I walked in on Jan. 14, 2026 AT 2:53PM I WALKED OUT AT 2:58PM Waited at the Counter about 5 mins To order.. Their all Looking and a Young Lady WalksUp to the Register no Hello someone will be right with You. Instead she gives me a Snobbish Look and Says Somebody going be with you and walks away.. Like Really so I Laughed and said the Most Terriblest place I been too Yet. NOW I HAVE NO PROBLEM WAITING BUT WHEN YOUR IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU APPROACH ME LIKE SHE DID. GUESS WHAT? I'LL NEVER BE YOUR CUSTOMER.. HMM WENDYS YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THAT.

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to my entire life. The worst workers. No napkins, no ketchup. Messed up my entire order, and forgot my friends order. Took them 20 minutes to “make the food” and this is not based on one experiences, but two. Both were bad.

DO NOT!!!!!!! Order from here. The service is beyond HORRIBLE And the food is dumpster quality. Honestly you could probably get better quality dumpster diving it’s that bad. Order and pay extra for there so called saucy nuggets and they serve me this trash!!!
