McDonald's - Waianae (Farrington Hwy)

I liked this McDonalds. The McChicken was very fresh and also a good deal. Probably the best Mcdonalds on the west side. The restaurant itself is nice and looks modern. This one was relatively clean

I stopped by for a quick bite during a road trip and was really impressed. The fries were perfectly hot and crispy, and my burger tasted just the way I expected it to, which is always a relief when you are traveling. The staff was super friendly and kept the place clean even though it was quite busy, making it a great spot for a reliable, no-fuss meal.

Not only does it take almost a hour for my food but the manager there was being awfully rude to one of their workers who is autistic, every time I come in and see him he is so nice and tries his best to service me , this kid is just trying to experience how to be independent but these people are awfully cruel to him I even saw this woman that’s short and has gray hair come up behind him and punched him in his elbow for being so called “slow” when he was just trying to take orders while all the other in employees walking around look lost. This McDonald is horrible I can’t imagine how they treat him without anyone around. Disgusting attitude and needs new workers that actually care about employees safety.

Ordered food on saturday, looks like they brought back the daily double. Took 10 min to get my curbside food (sure, they’re busy, whatever) but when I get home? MY BURGER HAS NO MEAT! ZERO PATIES!!! I’m super upset, but I’m hungry and don’t wanna waste another 20 min to correct my order. Time is money and I value my time. Also, tried to go there friday for some breakfast, order on the app, and they cancel my order AS IM DRIVING OVER (10:35am). Pissed off so I went to jack in the box since they have all day breakfast. Maybe they have to cancel my order? I’m still upset about that. So far this mcdonalds is 0 for 2. Will be driving to nanakuli from now on.

I wanted to thank the employees who were working around 9 pm on March 19, 2026 at the Waianae Mcdonalds for their SPECTACULAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I placed an order for 7 customized meals, 2 customized sandwiches and 3 wraps for curbside pick up. My family and I were very pleased that they were 100% accurate with our order regardless of the customizations we requested. We were also very pleased that the order was packed very neatly. Even more pleased that it took them less 5 mins from the time I parked to bring our order to our car and the food was fresh. Great customer service creates great customer experiences!! Mahalo to the Employees at the Waianae McDonalds for making our night, a great night. Keep Up The Great Work!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! The worker forgot my fries. So I went back and kindly asked because i understand it’s easy to forget. THE MANAGER asked “what is your problem?”. Because i wanted my moneys worth. BAD MANAGEMENT.. WATCH YOUR ATTITUDE!

Well, I'm not trying to red line or be to cruel demographically, but it is west side. So there are some unique type of people around sometimes. However typical mcdonald's

I had a really disappointing experience with one of your employees. She was completely unprofessional and showed zero empathy toward customers. I called ahead, was told to come in, but when I arrived, my order had been canceled—and my card was still charged. When I tried to reorder and use my $4 coupon, I was told I couldn’t. That’s unacceptable customer service.

Hawaii has a different breakfast menu! Awsome staff here that even served us table side. Decor reflecting Hawaiian atmosphere that was neat. Food was great and not just slapped together like most places.
