Taco Bell - Waianae (Farrington Hwy)

I have the app.. Just finished work and just drove not sure what I wanted to eat. I did not get my completed order. I was ordering for myself but wanted the same order with chicken for my husband. I get home with dinner to see he did not have his. Luckily I was charged by what I recieved.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a vegetarian Mexican pizza along with bean tacos, but instead received food containing meat. As a vegetarian, this is a serious mistake and completely unacceptable. When I politely informed the staff about the incorrect order and requested a replacement, the employee who assisted me became argumentative and refused to replace the food. Rather than addressing the issue professionally, the customer service was rude and dismissive. Because I could not eat the meat pizza that was given to me, I had no choice but to leave the pizza that I had already paid for on their counter and walk away without a meal. It was extremely frustrating to pay for food and then be unable to eat it because of the restaurant's mistake. Serving meat to a customer who specifically ordered vegetarian food shows a lack of care and attention to customer dietary preferences. The way the situation was handled afterward made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this restaurant to vegetarians or anyone who expects respectful customer service. The food mistake was bad enough, but the rude attitude, refusal to correct the order, and complete lack of accountability were unacceptable.

I just had a sucky experience here, I walked into like 50 kids just loitering inside the restaurant. I literally counted only 5 kids with food while everyone else just messing around inside. Couldn’t even eat comfortably.grabbed my food and let, which I had to wait around a bunch of annoying immature kids. Y’all need to only let buying customers in.

This Taco Bell team always gets our order right and completed quickly. Nice people with good attitudes no matter what time we arrive. Keep it up!

Hands down best fast food in nanakuli! They don't make you wait... like McDonald's, and I've never had a order wrong....like Wendy's....great work from management to staff

11/21/2024- Taco Bell strikes again stealing from customers. This is now the 5th time in less a month where they'll charge you for items then don't give it. Tried to call but nobody answers. When confronted in person on a later visit they respond to say well..... "Why didn't you call when it happened?" Best one I've heard so far from employee "Anyone can create an image from photoshop to get free items." Yah no..... It's a 0.75 charge and not worth the headaches but when you do this to thousands of customers the higher ups get a paid vacation for ripping customers off. Get it together Taco Bell! They should crush that building and place a more better business in your place!

I have eaten at a lot of taco bells in my time but this one has to be one of the best I have eaten at in a while. I usually go to the taco bell in waianae by McDonald's just cause it's closer to my house. However they are very subpar when it comes to food quality. Everything doesn't taste fresh it tastes sour. Their presentation is horrendous their nachos just looks like slop on chips. The cantina Chicken soft tacos are loaded with the sauce from the Pico de Gallo if their using the right tool for it that should never happen. I also think that their cold line might be malfunctioning. All in all since I have eaten at this new taco bell I'll definitely be going here instead of the other one. This taco bell is extremely good with portioning, presentation, and food quality and speed of service. I have worked at many taco bells during my life and we were instilled with the qualities that this store possess and for this I salute everyone that works in this store. I will definitely be coming back here.

Genuinely some of the *worst* quality control regarding correct orders, ever. I never ever feel the need to complain let alone about a fast food place but we've come back multiple times and repeatedly the order is 50/50 shot of it being completely wrong. Spent $25 and only THREE of the SIX things i ordered were correct. I try being my best to be as gracious to food service workers as possible, but its so routine here you're better off literally anywhere else.

Very fast service at the drive thru. And the location is very close to where I kive,ehich also makes it more convenient.

Found a COCKROACH in my nacho fries asked for a refund. I was told they needed to investigate and didnt give me a refund despite not eating any of the food and bring it back. They were suppose to contact me and haven't done anything yet..... They took my money and still haven't done anything. NEVER GO HERE. You have been warned.
