Excellent service!! Do not pay for delivery pick up your pizza yo if not DOOR DASH LOL

Ever since pizza hut started using door dash instead of hiring drivers, the service has been garbage. They consistently mess up orders. The wait that is supposed to be 45 minutes turn into 2-3 hours. And God forbid you use your points when placing your order. Because when they inevitably mess up the order, you will NOT be getting those points back. I do not recommend ordering from this store for delivery ever. Spend the extra money and go up the street to papa John's. They cost more but at least they get your order right, deliver it warm, and show up when they say they are going to.

⭐️ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointing Experience I’m at a family outing on my day off, and I actually left the beach to have this pizza remade because the first one was so bad. Unfortunately, the remade pizza came out exactly the same. The “hand tossed” crust looked and felt like thin crust. When you lift a slice, the whole thing stays stiff like cardboard. The crust was dry, tough, and extremely hard to rip apart. There was barely any sauce, which made the entire pizza even drier. Completely unacceptable. What makes this worse is that Pizza Hut is a company that constantly claims “no one out-pizzas the Hut,” yet I’ve had better quality from Little Caesars — and that’s genuinely embarrassing for Pizza Hut. I’m sick of being disappointed by a place that should be delivering consistent quality. Easily one of the top five worst Pizza Hut experiences I’ve ever had.

Ordered a meat pasta and a Pepsi . Starry delivered and a cheesy bread. No pasta. Called and got two different call center people and finally was told that another pasta will be delivered in 30 minutes. They deliver the wrong things and the customer has to suffer. Bad service and cold bread and wrong drink.

Made a delivery order online and paid a good tip for service only to find out that when I checked out it switched to pickup order at my local location. Called the call center to correct the problem and was told I could cancel my online order and get refunded 3-4wks later and reorder through call center for delivery option. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just change it from pickup to delivery. I paid ($103.00)$88.00 for the pizza and $15.00 tip for delivery, only to find myself doing the pickup and delivery. Tried talking to the person at the counter and she couldn’t care less. Super disappointed because I didn’t have a vehicle so I had to walk 3 blocks dragging my kids after a long day at work. Guess I’m switching to Papa John’s pizza. At least they don’t have any problems delivering to my location.

I used to buy pizza from Pizza Hut all the time, then seems you had changed something and it got junk, then my sister in law recently brought one to us and it got good again. The pizza I ordered from you was very good but seemed that it could have been in the oven for a little bit longer as i like my crust cooked just a tiny bit more. Other than that I have no complaints, taste was awesome. I also wish you would bring back the super supreme pizza as that was my favorite

This was the best Pizza Hut order I have had in many years. The order came still so hot I had to blow on the food to cool it. The cheese sticks and pizza on which I ordered the extra cheese had so much cheese. I ordered a variety of things and they were all fresh and hot. The delivery person was friendly and smiled. Great job.
