Papa Johns Pizza (84-1170 Farrington Hwy)

Very rude to customers. I over heard the night crew teasing customers as the customers left. Music blasting too loud. I as a customer was very uncomfortable with the environment. I will not be ordering pizza from this location again. Clowns work there!

I called in trying to place an order. Tiffany answered and at first she acted like she couldn’t hear me. I really wanted papa John’s so of course I called again. Tiffany again answered and this time she told me they were closed, I said the website said they closed at 1 (it was 12) she then proceeded to tell me the schedule change. Unfortunately I will never be ordering papa John’s again, they don’t want service, and they don’t want business. Awful person in Tiffany and very sad she wouldn’t take my order.

Awesome friendly staff. Food is good. They take care of your orders and hand your food with smile and kind treatment.

On July 31 2025 I got Buffalo chicken wings one of them Had a strange texture compared to the others-didn’t like it so I spit it out 4 hrs later I got diarrhea, stomach pain cramps, nausea, vomiting, Going on 34hrs still filling cramps and diarrhea, The vomiting stopped- Be sure to check your chicken before smashing it-

The manager, Sharleen, was so rude to me. First she tried to disuae me from ordering slice of pizza because she didn't feel like making it. Then she called me a racist because I told her I felt she was being rude. She refused to give me number for her supervisor or customer plaint. She told me to get out of her store. I have never been treated so poorly. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MOBEY HERE!!!

Tried to order Pizza at 10:21pm despite closing at 11pm and within minutes received a phone call from Papa Johns saying the order was canceled because the store was closed. If you're going to stop accepting orders 30mins before your posted close time. Maybe you should set your hours to 10:30pm instead.

Favourite spot to get papa johns. Whenever we are in the area we always choose this pizza shop. Manager and her daughter are the best. They are so sweet and have the best service. Pizzas are always cooked to perfection. Have yet to have a better papa John’s pizza.

THE local aunty and workers are BOMB here. walked in as first timer and they helped us get all the good deals and sign up for rewards so we can get greater deals. we're all struggling with money and this aunty and the workers were so friendly and helpful they deserve all the credit and respect! please give them a RAISE whoever the manager is cause they deserve it. Definitely loved Papa Johns before but I'm definitely coming back more after today!!!

Everyone was great. Service was really friendly and fast. I was really impressed with everything at the Waianae Papa John’s.

Fantastically quick service, good food, and awesome atmosphere by a good staff inside the store. The environment is really good and the prices are fair for being an island eatery.
