Jamba Juice - Waianae (Farrington Highway)

I came in today and the service was absolutely terrible. First off I entered the facility the employees did not acknowledge me. I stood there waiting to order and then someone else walked in first and they decided to take their order first. Talk about disrespectful and unapologetic. I will never enter this location again. The two male employees specifically the ones that were working on 1/23/26 @ 2:30pm have zero customer service and quite frankly they don’t want to do their job . When I asked why I was skipped he responded and said oh I thought you were picking up . I explained that he just saw me walk in the store and I was waiting to place an order. If I could rate zero stars I would. Do yourself favor and do not come here. Take the drive and go in town to another location. This location isn’t customer friendly and they do not deserve your money . I decided to leave due to the disrespect. I didn’t order anything nor will I patronize this location. It’s because of the customers that you have a job, so please remember that and quickly humble yourself abruptly.

Employees are rude and the service I received today was absolutely horrible. I am really appalled that an established would hire employees who don’t have customer service skills. If you didn’t want to work today you should’ve stayed home. I am not a fan of attitudes and horrible customer service. I will not return here again. Management needs to be aware of what’s happening at this facility.

I come to this location with great regularity so I bought a gift card since it came with a free $5 reward card. In trying to use the reward card with any purchase it fails to work and no one at the store is able to provide any assistance. They won’t even exchange it for a different card. I’ll be moving all my smoothie business down the street.

The employees are friendly and courteous. There were five employees and on a hot day, the wait time exceeded 15 minutes just to place an order. After waiting 20 minutes, I placed an order online. It took another 15 minutes to receive my order. The disappointment, the location charges $10 for a smoothie but what was received was frozen fruit in chunk form with blended ice. You could not drink that smoothie with a straw. I used a spoon to finish my drink.
