Flatbreads (pizza) are so yummy! Atmosphere and service are the best 👌🏻 My daughters were drawing at the table with the paper and crayons they provided, when they were done a waiter offered to put them on their menu, they were so happy! 😊

Flatbread is widely known for their pizza everywhere. We ordered their famous mopsy kalua pork and a special chicken parmesan split into two. There was no additional charge for splitting. Our waitress was lovely and patiently explained us the menu. The kalua pork pizza is truly exceptional - the toppings including red onion, maui gold pineapple and goat cheese from surfing goat dairy farm together with delicious kalua pork work so well and is absolutely singular. There’s nothing like it anywhere else. The special today was chicken parmesan with basil which we equally enjoyed. We also got the mixed greens salad which was so fresh - the grated carrot and other tubers on top was a unique addition. The salad dressing was light and mildly spiced. The place lives up to its name in a glorious fashion. Don’t miss it if you’re in Maui.

This place is awesome 😎, the flatbread is delicious! We had a pesto with tomato and goat cheese 🤤 with some fresh squeezed lemonade 🍋 drinks. Service was excellent, staff super friendly, and it's a cute and cozy eatery.

We had some time to kill before our flight, so we decided to come here after reading many good things about it. The town this restaurant is in is definitely worth spending sometime on its own! There is a free parking also. The food was great. We did half and half large pizza and that was enough for the two of us.

We really enjoyed our visit to Flatbread Company! The pizza was absolutely amazing – fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared. We’d also like to give a special thanks to the gentleman behind the bar (unfortunately we didn’t catch his name), who was very kind and helpful. Overall a great experience – highly recommended

Absolutely love the atmosphere here. We sat across from the pizza oven, so I got to watch all the pizzas being made while there. Our waiter was very personable and attentive, and the food was delicious. We got the salad which was very good, we did ask for extra dressing though which made it even better. I got the pesto pizza which was absolutely amazing. The best part of the meal was the lilikoi cheesecake, which can only be described as heaven on a plate. It came with ice cream which was a perfect blend of creamy and chocolatey.

Stopped by this lively place on our way back from Road to Hana with our 6-month old. Cool vibe, friendly servers and great food! We tried their Coevolution, Pele pesto and Paia Bay Ohana flatbreads and each one was very flavorful. 🤤 Definitely recommend this place, especially if you’re vegetarian and looking for some solid pizza/flatbread fix.

We were recommended flatbread company from the guides off our zipline adventure. Let me tell you….. the pizza was sooooo good and so delicious. The chicken bacon ranch salad was probably one of the best I ever had. Food was so good. Highly recommended!!! Ask the server their recommendation because that’s what we did and we weren’t disappointed!!

Baked to perfection every time, definitely the best flatbreads in Paia! After perusing the shops, the two of us arrived before the lunch crowd and shared a small salad and a large pizza (their specials are always winners). No reservations needed! Our large half Veggie special and half Kalua pork flatbread was delicious. Our server was incredibly helpful and introduced us to the house hot sauce. Truly delicious — be sure to ask for it! Will be back again. Can’t wait to see what the special is next time :)

Absolutely loved our visit to Flatbread Company! Everything from start to finish was top-notch. Franz, our server, was super on point — friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. All of the food was incredibly fresh and delicious, with that perfect local beach vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. The atmosphere was laid-back yet lively, and it really felt like a true Maui experience. Franz even went above and beyond by bringing us fresh iced tea for the road, which was such a thoughtful touch. If you’re looking for great service, fresh food, and a chill local vibe, Flatbread Company is a must. Highly recommend!
