Stop here before you go to the road to Hanna!!! They have packed lunches, gluten-free options, healthy food, coffee before you go they have everything! The staff is so wonderful and if you are a customer, they have a bathroom!

If choosing a flavor is stressful for you, Paia Gelato may not be the best place to visit because the options are almost unfairly good. One of the things that immediately stands out is the selection. They offer around 12 dairy free sorbet flavors and 12 traditional dairy gelato flavors, which means everyone in the family can find something they love. Whether you avoid dairy or simply want the classic creamy experience, there are plenty of choices. The flavors are outstanding. Every scoop tastes rich, fresh, and packed with flavor. This is not one of those places where you settle for a backup choice because your favorite flavor is gone. Even the samples make it hard to decide. The customer service was just as impressive. The staff were friendly, patient, and happy to help as we worked our way through the difficult task of choosing from two dozen tempting options. Overall, Paia Gelato is easily worth the stop. Great flavors, plenty of dairy free choices, and excellent customer service make it one of those places you’ll be thinking about long after the last scoop is gone. 🍨

We stopped here on our way to The Road to Hana and grabbed sandwiches and açaí bowls and they were all wonderful! If it wasn’t too early we would have loved to try to Gelato, it looked delicious too!! They had great recommendations for us and tips to have a safe and fun trip to Hana!

Stopped in for an evening smoothie and gelato. The service was incredible. Nash helped us out and was super kind. She recommended the lilikoi gelato and it was delicious. 10/10 experience. my husband keeps stealing my smoothie :)

Wonderful gelato! If you’re in Paia after road to Hana or just killing time before heading to the airport, stop here. We loved it, so much flavor. The two girls were so cheerful and fun. Great to talk with. Will definitely stop back when we return to Maui.

Tiffany went above and beyond in our time of having her as a vendor. From generous tastings to punctual communication, she was incredible. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and always does so with a huge smile. Everyone LOVED the gelato, and thought it was the perfect sweet treat. So grateful to have had Paia Gelato for our special day!

This ice cream place was a nice treat for the end of our exploration in the town, there were some benches to sit in while we enjoyed the gelato, they had lots of unique flavors and half of them were dairy free for you lactose intolerant guys! The gelato was nice and airy/creamy/light (a great texture in summary) The person serving us was very nice 👍. Although it was just a teeny bit pricey the portions were actually pretty good, we got two smalls and we got to choose two different flavors! Overall a great gelato place to stop by at! 5/5 -p.s. they had some lunch food options!
