Pizza Hut - Makawao (Pukalani St. B-5)

I made an order at 10am to be delivered at 3:30 pm thinking that it would be enough time to not feel rushed and be able to organize a timely drop off. I don’t hear from them all day until I call because the delivery was late only for them to tell me it’s going to be an hour late. When I asked what was the point of even scheduling it in advance a customer service rep rudely suggested that I just get a refund if I don’t like like how they’re handling the order. Please for anyone reading this, do yourself a huge favor and do not order from this Pizza Hut. At least then maybe they’d get the hint and try a little harder to be more professional. As you can read from the other reviews the owner is seems to be extremely sorry but doesn’t bother to do anything about it. I repeat, do not order from this Pizza Hut.

I put this because I work in the service industry, and truly believe that part of our job is to give the guest/customer the best experience possible. This lady was dry, curt, and not pleasant at all. I almost wanted to hang up. But, I also wanted to eat. Probably not a good slogan. Just needed to eat, with not wanting to go out. Or other means of acquiring sustenance.

Big $28 plus tip bring it up to $33 for a large cheese stuff pizza. Absolutely no toppings just cheese. This is absolutely ridiculous never again

The sweetest girl greeted me. She was very good at customer service and complying to everyone. The pizza took a little longer then expected but they were very busy. Staff seems to be getting a lot better

Zero stars. I ordered over an hour before closing time for delivery and nothing ever changed on the tracking and nothing ever showed up. Now everything around me is closed and I have no options for food. I should have looked at the other reviews before ordering. Horrible look for business. You might as well not even be in business. No call or anything from anyone. Thanks for wasting my time.

Ordered 2 pizzas and some boneless wings tonight. Sometimes, only Pizza Hut will do. Order was 35 minutes ahead of projection and it was literally a perfect order. All items as ordered, all items super hot, fresh and properly prepared. They remembered the extra marinara cups and didn’t skimp on my extra cheese. I don’t think it gets better for Pizza Hut. Delivery guy was fast, polite and went the extra mile to walk up our dark and janky path to deliver to my front door. Most guys just call and wait for us to come down. It was a really nice experience and I’m proud of the team that put it out for us tonight. Thanks so much! We needed your excellent service tonight and you really delivered.

They don't cut their pizza's properly. The cuts are not deep enough and proportionately cut. The latest pizza was cut into 7 slices.
