Jojo's Shave Ice

Best saved ice on Kauai! After a long day at the beach, we stopped in for a little refresher and Bula took great care of us! Highly recommend JoJo's!!

Best shaved ice I’ve had! The ice was very fine which made the shaved ice taste smooth. Flavors taste as expected and the ice cream makes it really creamy, one of the smoothest vanilla ice creams I’ve had. The sauce topping also adds a lot of flavor. We came back for more later on our vacation.

First time ever having a shave ice w/ice cream was lastnight at JoJo’s in Waimea and I fell hard for it. Just had another A’Lotta Colada but in Wailua. Yummy! The 2 girls in Waimea were extra kind in treating me to my first with extra Haupia Cream-the best!!!

I tried shaved ice for the first time and I’m so glad I did it here ! It was delicious. I’ve since tried shaved ice at another spot, but honestly, Jo Jo’s still comes out on top. Highly recommend it as this place.

An ABSOLUTE MUST!! Went here over three times on our trip to Kauai. Very Berry and Tropical Breeze were my fav flavors.

Good shave ice, but I’m not an expert on this. Coconut ice cream in the center, snow cap of cream on top. The ice was like eating snow. I had pineapple/coconut, and mango/coconut/pineapple.

Delicious! It’s hard to imagine how one could go wrong with shaved ice. Enjoying one daily while spending time on the island is highly recommended.

This is my first time having Jojo’s shave ice and I will say I’m not disappointed. The macadamia nut ice cream in my #4 was a dream! Creamy and delicious. The coconut ice on top was the best I’ve had. Overall very happy with this place and would highly recommend it to anyone. Especially after a river tour with Khaymon @ Ali’i kayak tours. Both wonderful!

Came by after dinner as we wanted some shaved ice. The service was fast and prices were fair. They do have alot of flaor options both a la carte and flavor combos that they recommend. Serving size is good but flavors can be hit and miss. Worth a visit if your near the shop!

I visited this place everyday during my stay in Kauai. All their flavors seem great but my favorite was the #6, Colada Special. It comes with the macadamia nut ice cream at the bottom and that just makes it even better. The girls that work here are super nice and can help you figure out a flavor you like. This was my favorite shave ice on the whole island, and i did try one more place but this just can’t be beat! I will definitely miss visiting this place because it was such a joy to top off the evening with shave ice from here. There is plenty of seating in this plaza to enjoy your shave ice, as well!
