Jamba Juice - Kaneohe (Kamehameha Highway)

Giving this place 2 stars so it’s harder to take down the reviews and people actually see this. I’ve came in the store about 5 times before actually being fed up with the terrible service I’ve received from a worker named Jasmine. Just another entitled lady who can’t do her job correctly. I sit in the store after receiving my drink that took forever to be made by her, and watch her take food to feed her kid in the back during a rush. I assume she is the manager because of how much food safety stuff she’s comfortably breaking. It shouldn’t take over 15 minutes for 3 orange dreams 5 SEPARATE TIMES. My friends and I can literally see her in the back talking story with the girls while she’s lecturing the guys about “the cleanliness of the store.” I’ll drive past the store to make my way to Safeway and I’ll literally see her in the eating area sitting down and talking story with some guy I assume is her boyfriend. I wanted to wait a few visits before actually making a complaint, but she is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve received GREAT service from 2 boys named Maximus and Micah and a girl named Emie. Retrain that Jasmine girl or something because I am BAFFLED with this grown lady acting like she don’t wanna do the job she signed up for WITH her child in the back room. Lots of your customers have worked in the fast food industry before, we can tell what shitty and unethical service is, Jasmine. Mahalo!

What a joke your managers are. I just watched a poor young girl do all the work and serve everyone while two managers just stood on their phones and laughing and talking. Disgraceful. 21 March 2026 12.30pm. Much respect for the poor junior

Ordered one of their featured seasonal smoothies over the app, came to the store to get it and they didn't have it. I was asked if I wanted to get something else or refund it. I opted to refund. A few days go by and I see that the charge posted to my bank and I was not refunded. I go back to the store to ask why this was the case. The lady at the counter acted flustered, then messaged someone on her phone and then just told me there was "nothing they could do" because *I* waited too long to come back as if it's somehow my fault. I told her about the one I originally wanted. They still didn't have it. So I ended up basically being forced to get a smoothie I didn't even want. Don't ever go here.

Xmas shopping. We went for smoothies yesterday 2/09/20.. Terrible drink maker. Not a full cup. Even the 2 orders prior to ours. Drinks are normally full to the lid. 6/17/22 Slow service and not a full cup maybe 1 inch short of being full.

I like the people that work there most days, but tonight (I assume the manager) and one of her coworkers knew I was picking up an order, but were very involved with a conversation with their personal lives. They were more involved with their personal dating lives (or lack there of) than their jobs. If I was their manager, I would have fired them both on the spot. I have encountered so many people there that cared, those 2 are bringing that location down. Had I known they were working, I would have not ordered from them, just because of their narcissism.

Selection is as expected and they are fast enough. Could be cleaner. Notice a full trash next to what is an empty food display. store looked shabby and in need of a good wipe down. You can see a dirty spoon on the ground. floor was dirty throughout
