They cheated me! The counter staff seemed to be unaware of the promotion Subway is running. I pointed out the big sign on the wall and held up my coupon flyer. The "Sandwich Artist" asked me the same questions about toppings several times (and eventually got it wrong anyway). After a while, they finished making my sandwiches, but only when I tried to pay did they tell me they would not accept the coupon I had shown earlier. The manager stepped in, but also refused to be of help. Oh, by the way, the sandwiches tasted good, but we're awfully expensive.
