Kualoa Ranch Restaurant

We had a great time on the 3hr UTV ranch tour. Our guide, Brandon, was really engaging and very knowledgeable describing the history and Hawaiian culture and how it pertains to the land we toured. Overall, the tours seemed well run and efficiently scheduled. The store was packed with souvenirs, some clothes, and had a snack bar area. If taking a horseback or UTV tour after a rain, expect muddy conditions. Much of the UTV trail was on paved or gravel surfaces, but dirt trails with deep ruts were there too. Expect dust if weather has been dry. Dress accordingly. There are wash stations when you're back at the ranch. Arrive early. Traffic can be bad, parking can be an issue, and they run the excursions on time. The views of the valley and above from the heights are worth the visit. The Jurassic Park movies shooting locations, as well as other movies that signage highlights are just a perk of the visit. There is something magestic about the mountains and valley.

Wow. Organized. So many fun things to do here. Well done. Beautiful landscape and fun to see where many of your favorite movies were filmed. Working ranch too. Great time. We had buffet. Good and fast. No wait. Some small shops on site. Could also relax in a chair enjoying the landscape or wild chickens.

We did the 2 hour raptor utv tour today and I had such an amazing time I am at my resort leaving this review right now. We did the tour with Roy and Paulo and they were truly amazing. The tour was at 9 am and we arrived 45 minutes early as instructed to check in, fill out waivers, and check out the gift shop of course. When the tour started Roy walked us through the tour and what the vehicles would be like. The ranch itself is absolutely stunning and a definite must see. Roy’s super CGI dinosaur is non negotiable if you take the tour with him. It was amazing to learn about the culture that shaped the lands as well as the movies filmed there. My only critique would be for guests: MAKE SURE YOU TIP! We were in a group of 7 cars and we were the only ones who tipped. If you enjoy the tour please tip your guides! There is even an atm in the store if you don’t have cash because i get it, it is 2026. Definitely do this if you have the time and resources!

Had a great time! We did the 2 hour raptor ride along. Eden and Sarah were great guides! They are very knowledgeable about the ranch. There is so much to see we will be back for another tour.

We did the movie and ranch tour. It started at 9:45am, check-in 9:20am. We did not leave ourselves enough time so I would recommend doing that. Get there at least an hour early. For example, our check-in being at 9:20am, we should have arrived somewhere between 8:30 - 8:45am. This would have gave us time to settle in, find check-in (the line is long), look around and use bathrooms. I didn't have a chance to look at souvenirs, I could have looked afterward but didn't have time as we were on to something else. Carlos was our tour guide. He was amazing, knowledgeable and funny. Good vibes all around. We had a really good time doing the movie and Kualoa Ranch tour and would recommend. Bring water if it's a hot day. Also there are no bathrooms once on the tour.

This is a must in Hawaii!!! We did the utv tour & it was so fun. The whole day was planned pretty well, except for the beginning where it all felt abit rushed not knowing where to go & rushing to the tour - I would recommend the tour person to have a microphone cos I was struggling to hear what she was saying. Other than that, the check in was smooth & the tour was truly amazing! The kualoa ranch was so beautiful & we learnt so much from our tour guides. The utv felt safe & we were also given a mask (which we could keep as souvenirs), helmet & goggles for the dirt. FYI I would not wear white because I was covered in mud by the end (had a monobrow too from the mud lol) & it also rained in between. Every corner was filled with so much scenery & the movie scenes were fun to see. Our guides also helped us take some cool photos with puppet dinosaurs. I would have defo done another tour if it wasn’t so pricy. The food there was also pretty good! We went to the cafe inside

This place was really beautiful. We had a free afternoon and after driving by it a few days prior we decided to pull the trigger and do a tour. We are so happy we did! The scenery was absolutely incredible! And to learn about all the environmental elements and how they grow their produce was really cool. The grounds were very welcoming and there was something for everyone from atvs, side by sides, horseback riding, zip lining, and ocean tours. We chose the movie set tour. I highly recommend it!

A must-see on O’ahu! My husband and I visited the ranch and did the UTV tour on our recent trip and we had such a blast! While we waited, we got to pet the horses, which was really sweet. Our guides, Ben and Harley, were so knowledgable about the land and their bright energy made it all the more fun! By the end, we had learned so much about Hawaiian culture and mythology, on top of all the fun movie-related stuff from them. You can tell how much the two of them care about what they do and we were blessed to get to have them for our tour!

This visit was magical in an of itself. Put aside the educational portion and fun movie facts, the majestic landscape is like no other. You feel like you are on another planet. Pictures don’t do it justice. I highly recommend the 4x4 trip and next time we go we are spending a half day at the secret/private beach. Bring snacks. Also their merch is top notch.

Had an amazing experience. My adult kids loved it. we took the ATV ride tour. Our guide was amazing. I will definitely be coming back and experience other parts of the ranch. I can't post to many pictures as I have to leave some for the imagination or for you to come and really experience and see for yourselfs, as the views were just stunning (at least to me). the weather at the end of January/February were just perfect for us.
