Jack in the Box - Kaneohe (Kam Hwy)

This was my first time trying Jack In The Box and might I say definitely not my last. Everything about this establishment was great from the food to the people to the atmosphere. My order was taken by an employee named Jerald. I was indecisive at first because of their veriety on their menu however he stayed patient with me and actually recommended a few things to try. I ended up setting on the smash jack meal with fries and a coke. The burger for starters was cooked to perfection and the fries were super crispy and delicious. The atmosphere was very upkept and clean as well which was a good addition to their great food. Overall I can say with confidence that ill be back to try their other menu items!

Tell me who gets an OREO shake with no Oreo ?!? No one so WHY did I get a Oreo shake large no Oreo pieces ? Hm. Blows my mind that I pay for food and either don’t get it or it’s completely messed up. This is the THIRD time from this spot my order has been messed up. Then they won’t even answer the phone. Will not ever order from the KANEOHE location again!!! Everyone else is great

A couple before us got turned away. We got turned away when we parked to enter in the dining service area. Guy pointed saying go drive thru. Check the cameras before 8 am. As no one wants to answer the dang phones to avoid talking to a manager. 6am to 10 pm were the dining service area times we came 755 am to 805am 2 other girls were in there. The girl in a truck that was parked by us was waiting for us to leave and as we left, we saw the worker inside allow the 2 young girls from the truck to enter and order. There was no sign of renovations but dont have a sign up saying dining area open 6am to 10pm and have a young worker allowing young girls in and not everyone else.

I give it 5 stars because they are always open and I always get it when I'm drinking and they've never failed me. The curly fries are the bomb and the spicy grilled wrap.

Kind of gross. Tasteless food and you have to borrow a key to use the rest room. Interior decor is utilitarian and depressing. Slop food for cattle.

The manager is out of Uniform. I didn't know Jack in the box allows this. They probably dress how they like and disregard the Uniform code. Food was good just didn't understand if I was visiting jack in the box or a rec center serving food. My opinion managers should know better about the dress code. The service was slow as usual.

Not bad for a fast food restaurant. I ordered the “Cluck” chicken sandwich and an Oreo shake. The sandwich was pretty run of the mill for a fast food place. It tasted similar to a KFC or McDonald’s sandwich. The prices were reasonable and fair for fast food and I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off. The shake was just okay, it made me feel pretty bloated but was tasty at the same time. I would recommend if you need a quick and cheap meal, otherwise you can probably find better food elsewhere. Food is on the same level as Burger King or McDonald’s. Bathrooms were not very clean and didn’t smell good.
