I ordered a pizza on the app like I always do pizza was delivered wrong. I couldn’t catch the driver I called the store was placed on hold for 15 mins while he tracked down his manager to see what to do. He said I guess we will make a whole new pizza and deliver it. The I asked when it would be delivered and he responded it’s pretty busy here we there is only two of us maybe 45 an hour when we get to it. After I responded he hung up on me. The pizza delivered my son is allergic to the meat so no one can eat it. I would have expected a little more humility and a lot more customer service.

pretty normal dominos, wish the parking lot situation was better but thats not their fault. always fast and reliable pizza. the few interactions ive had with the employees have always been kind and helpful!

One slice is literally all bubble with 0 sauce on it. Another one looks like being mutilated whilst someone was trying to cut it. Usually a big Domino's fan but I can't recommend the Kaneohe Dominos unfortunately. I feel extremely ripped off

We've ordered pizza 2 times since they opened in Kaneohe, and both times the pizza was burnt black. I don't like pizza with burnt cheese that's black. They need to take it out of the oven sooner or right away. I'll go to Little Caesars where the pizza is never burnt black
