Wendy's - Kailua-Kona (Kailua Rd)

Ordered was placed 20 minutes before my arrival. After 25 minutes waiting, I asked about the order & was told in a unrespectful tone, "you gotta wait. We busy". The counter was covered it trash. Almost all the tables needed cleaning. After 40 minutes I got the one (1) sandwich that was ordered.

15 minutes for nothing 🤦🏻‍♂️ I don't know how it works, but every time this manager is on duty, it turns into a total nightmare. There are two people in line inside and three cars in the drive-thru, yet a 15-minute wait yields absolutely no results. It’s roughly the same situation every single time.

Awesome set up.. drink machine is one so a little strange at first but very futuristic feeling there.

Manager lady is so disrespectful and rude the way she talks to me in the drive thru. I’m scared to even eat my Wendy’s burger from fear of her tampering with it or spitting who knows she needs to get booted.horrible tone in her voice

Listen, I am not that type of person to do bad reviews or speak negatively especially when I didn’t even get the chance to get any food, But this location says it is open until midnight however when I went through the drive thru the woman who answered was so rude with her tone of voice like I was a burden being in the drive thru. After the attitude she proceeded to say “we’re actually closed but what do you want?” It is now 11:27 and I went through the drive thru at 11:22. So are you guys just closing early? Or do you guys usually close 30 min prior? Regardless the attitude was unnecessary and disgusting. Idk how people like that hold a job because it’s customer service. If you are that miserable with this job why not give it to someone who will have a better attitude? All in all. I’ll never eat here. Just a shame. I drove quite a ways to get here.

Service is very poor. Orders are not checked prior to customer pickup. Happened several times, missing utensils, no cheese/onions/ crackers included with chili, wrong sandwiches given. Personalties of workers suck…..even the manager has an attitude. We love Wendy’s food but will no longer spend money for incorrect food and bad service!

Severely understaffed for a Saturday. I never got my food. After waiting well over a half hour for fast food, I was able to get a full refund. No on returning anytime soon.

Im from kaneohe, drive all the way to this kailua location just to try the cajun crunch burger charge me for it but got a cheeseburger! Was gonna get a frosty drink too but they said they just put in the machine. Too disappointed! Saw kids inside the store like the employers kids totally unprofessional!

Two stars to let you know I’m a real person otherwise I’d give it one. My wife and I took a 20 minute trip to the drive through. It took 30 minutes to get through the drive through. When we drove the 20 minutes back our order was completely wrong. The place was really busy and clearly understaffed. I do not recommend coming to this Wendy’s.

Extremely slow service. Food is as good as you can expect from Wendy's, but for some reason this is consistently the slowest drive thru. And when I tried to go inside instead, it took nearly 45 minutes to order a kids meal. Today after waiting half an hour to order, we just ended up leaving.
