Subway - Kailua-Kona (Henry St)

Best Subway on the island! Customer service was excellent & the whole vibe was very welcoming! Will definitely be going back.

Great experience! Friendly workers and good food. Nice and clean eating areas.unfortunately I joined the rewards program and the employee told me to claim the sandwich I just purchased. I found the form and filled it out. Customer service said I wasn’t eligible because they couldn’t verify the information. I used the receipt I had and even asked the counter girl to help me identify the right transaction number. Very disappointed. I guess I can always find another sandwich shop to go to. I downgraded the service score to reflect poor customer service.

I always like coming to this Subway but, today was a new face behind the counter. I was greeted by her from behind the wall. I stood there for about a minute or two waiting for her to come out. She came out and washed her hands with no smile, no thanks for waiting. She was very brash and I felt like asking her if I did something to upset her. I hope her days gets better…..

Terrible customer service. The lady who took our order was extremely rude, impatient , and clearly didn’t want to be there. She rushed us and made us feel uncomfortable, as if she was doing us a favor by serving us. Instead of being helpful, her tone and behavior came across as dismissive and disrespectful. Customer service like this really ruins the overall experience. Completely unacceptable behavior—won’t be coming back.

Lady was rude from the get go. Wanted to charge extra for toppings. She wanted to charge extra to wrap 2 6in separately to make it easier for the family.

Of all the subways we go to on the island, there is always great customer service. But the henry street subway was worst service ever!( it's our first and last time in this one). I didn't want to go in because my foot was sore so i sent my wife instead! So she went inside in a good mood to get us sandwiches for dinner but came out of there in a bad mood and bent out of shape. So she told me what happened! I told her to leave a review! But as nice as she is, she didn't want to leave a bad review. So I'm doing it! Female worker had no name tag but she was tall and big and was there by herself 3/7/26 @ 5:30pm! It was just her and my wife in there, no other customers. After she made 1 sandwich, my wife asked her for another sandwich (not knowing she was supposed to ask for the 2 sandwiches at the same time), and she whispered under her breath you should have told me earlier in a sassy whispered voice but my wife heard it! And after making the 2nd sandwich she told my wife in a cocky voice, any other sandwiches you want me to make! After paying, my wife told her thank you! Employee gave her no response! No you're welcome, no smile, no eye contact, no nothing! No wonder there was no customers in there! You need to fire her! She's hurting your business! And by the way, every time i go to a subway, i order the same sandwich because it's my favorite and it normally tastes good, but this one for some reason was junk i threw half of it away!

I love this place I come here at least 3 days a week. It’s great tasting and healthy and great location. Highly recommend it. Love the crew that works here too always positive.

come here often and get all kinds of different sandwiches, always great! this time i got a sweet onion teriyaki w all the veggies it was fantastic and always fresh! staff is kind and place is clean.
