Residents' Beach House

We had an absolutely amazing evening at Resident’s Beach House. From start to finish, every detail exceeded our expectations. Despite requesting a reservation just an hour ahead, the host was warm, accommodating, and welcoming. We were seated right by the beach just as the sun was setting - the view alone was magical - and the atmosphere felt relaxed, intimate, and beautifully Hawaiian. Our server, Bella, made the evening truly special. She was not only professional and incredibly kind, but also deeply knowledgeable. She easily guided us through the menu, pointing out which vegetarian dishes could be made vegan and how their mixed drinks could be served alcohol-free - all with a genuine smile. The food was exceptional - fresh, flavorful, and artfully presented. Every course was a delight. And to top it off, when Bella noticed us taking selfies, she kindly sent Gabriel over to take a proper group photo. He knew how to adjust the settings and use flash on our phone for perfect shots; something we genuinely appreciated. The entire staff radiated warmth and care, making this one of the most memorable experiences of our trip to Hawaiʻi. Highly recommended; we’ll be talking about this evening for a long time!

Still our favorite restaurant at the Four Seasons Hualalai! You cany beat the setting... right on the beach with amazing views of the pristine coast. The staff is attentive and not overbearing. The food is upscale but approachable, especially for lunch. Great comfort menu items made with the highest quality. I especially recommend their Mexican seafood entrees.

We really enjoyed our experience here. The service was attentive but not intrusive, the prices were reasonable, and the ocean view was absolutely beautiful. The octopus salad was especially delicious. The only small downside was the lack of non-alcoholic wine or non-alcoholic prosecco. Also, when desserts were described, the Kona coffee mud lava cake turned out to be ice cream, which was a bit unexpected. Overall, a great place with wonderful atmosphere and food. We would definitely come back

I had such a great time at Residents’ Beach House! I ordered the swordfish tacos and they were absolutely delicious – fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I also tried two Casa Lava 🍹 and they were great!

The Four Seasons just seems to do it well, basically a beach bar here but the food got it done with fresh options and great service. Fish tacos!

We had an amazing time at Residents Beach House on Big Island, HI! We enjoyed lunch here several times this week, and each meal was absolutely fantastic. Some of our favorite dishes included the mahi mahi tacos and sandwich, as well as the catch of the day, which was always fresh and flavorful. The Caesar salad was another highlight, and the kids' menu had plenty of great options that our little ones loved. To top it all off, we indulged in every dessert on the menu, and they did not disappoint! Each one was a delightful treat. I highly recommend Residents Beach House for anyone looking for great food and a wonderful dining experience. Five stars without a doubt!

Absolutely gorgeous spot to dine at, located inside the four seasons resort. All dishes were super fresh and delicious, some of the best on the island (as expected from four seasons). The staff are very professional and courteous and quick to notice if you need anything at all. Their dessert offerings were also quite delicious, so tempting and good in fact that I forgot to take a picture of the dessert before digging in. Come enjoy the great food and views at this “casual” dining establishment. Their fresh catch of the day was amazing.

Great place to visit and enjoy some views. Ordered the Cuban and it didn’t disappoint, the order of parmigiana fries could’ve been a little better but overall the food was great. The service was great, the waiter was very attentive and helpful in recommendations. Be sure to make a recommendation based on what I was told if you don’t live in the area you are unable to walk in for a table so a reservation was needed. Overall enjoyed the restaurant and good, highly recommend this place.

The food was delicious. The server never brought our onion rings and nobody came to the table to ask how we’d like the check handled. But the unbeatable ocean views more than made up for any service oversight.
