These days no 1 is at to help you when need it. They need at least 1 person at the cash register to help with the customer because there never is. The customers ask for help by looking over the register station and trying to get help and the workers in the back know but they are ao busy. McDonald's needs 1 person at the register at all times

ate here today. The beef for the quarter pounder was nasty. Tasted like a rodent been crawling on it or like it was expired. I ate a couple bites and then couldn't tolerate it So threw the rest away. I have eaten a mcdonald's probably thousands of times...this is the first time i'm leaving a review. Ironically, today was the day a ship cruise showed up. Something weird's going on at this mcdonald's... 🤔

Visited this McDonalds for a snack and coffee while in Kona. Clean establishment with usual kiosks for ordering and a couple of cashier stations too. During my visit several guests did order from cashiers. Food ordered from a kiosk was delivered to my table with a thank you. No soda refill station at this location as that is becoming more and more the case. Restroom had a code that the crew member opened upon request (men's and women's separate bathroom). My experience was positive. The outdoor patio was there but not being used (may have also been a playground long ago). It's only visible as a McDonalds via the sign on the corner of the street and in the display advertising on the windows. I suspect there are zoning regulations in play preventing more visible advertising/signage at the very front of the McDonalds.

No a/c in McDs for months. It’s cooler outside but the removed all the chairs. The blower they installed inside just blows warm air. Nice staff by I can’t understand why they don’t fix the a/c and since it’s cooler outdoors why they remove all of the chairs. Fail!

I was doing my order on the kiosk. I asked one of the people that work there “Do you serve a chicken sandwich that the chicken is not breaded.” She said all the chicken is no breading. So I asked another person and he said all our chicken is breaded…! ( I should have walked out then) but I thought maybe it was their first day. I ordered 2 double hamburgers with no pickles and no cheese. When I got back to condo I got 2 double burgers no mustard no ketchup no onions it came plain bread and 2 patties dry!!! While I was waiting 2 people got their orders done wrong in the drive thru and had to come in…When the tag on the bag clearly said the way and what they wanted, but received something totally different, again how can this be??? The tag on the bag has the order the customer wants, but what they got was not what they ordered. The drive thru people left their order on the counter and just left. No one seems to care. It is a down right shame that no one cares. I ordered 2 double hamburgers no cheese & 1 double cheeseburger. This is probably the worse service I have ever received and seen from any fast food restaurant, ever..! I ate half of one of my double hamburgers and trashed the other half and the other whole one.. !! The lack of care, pride, even kindness was not inside this McDonalds.

So first morning in Kona stopped in at 10:10 for breakfast but they quit serving breakfast at 10:00 not 10:30 like the rest of McDonalds in the US. So ok we had hamburgers. Food was fresh, the lady serving us "Toots" was incredibly kind. So sweet I came back the next day before 10am. I ordered the local deluxe breakfast. It has eggs spam rice and Portuguese sausage. Its delicious and very filling for under 8.00. Amazing deal. Toots was working again so got to say hi. The AC was broken both times but she was still super kind and really went out of her way for us. Definitely will stop by next time we're in Kona.
