We did the Kona Coffee & Tea Farm tour with Andy, and it was absolutely spectacular. From start to finish, his knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm made the experience unforgettable. He didn’t just give a tour—he brought the entire coffee-growing process to life through stories, history, and hands-on experiences. Andy kept us engaged throughout by involving us in activities such as tasting raw coffee berries straight from the plant and explaining every step of the journey from seed to cup. His ability to connect the history of Kona coffee with the modern-day cultivation and production process painted a complete picture that made us appreciate every cup even more. What stood out most was Andy’s genuine passion for coffee and the values of Kona Coffee & Tea. His enthusiasm was contagious, and his depth of knowledge was impressive. Because of this experience, we have become loyal customers and supporters of the company and everything it stands for. If you’re visiting the Big Island and considering a coffee farm tour, I cannot recommend this one highly enough. Ask for Andy if you can—you won’t be disappointed!

Great spot. Coffee is well made and options are good (and I don't mean how many syrup flavors, though they have those too, but styles of coffe, type of roast, etc.). Breakfast sandwiches and pastries were tasty, fresh ingredients, easily handled dietary restrictions. Plenty of parking. Moves quickly even with a long line. Lovely patio area and inside seating. Highly recommend!

Solid coffee but just not a very pleasant experience to enjoy here on site. I'd go to HiCO or some other place on Ali'i drive if you want to chill on site and enjoy. This place has some unpleasant smells and is in a strip mall plaza. Acaí bowl was not great.

Great coffee, pastry, bagel w lox. Lots of gifts to purchase. Quick service. Friendly staff. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Their espresso shake is delicious. I also had their breakfast bagel with mango salsa which is absolutely fantastic. The staff is very friendly and great. So if you’re ever in the area and want great coffee this is the place!!!

Being a healthy foods enthusiast, I was delighted to try the Kona Bullet coffee. The shop was super busy, with large groups of people enjoying the outdoor terrace. I was quite impressed with the staff. A team of one girl and one boy were calmly keeping the line moving. They remained patient and polite, even while having to deal with rude tourists. I only had to wait a couple of minutes for my order. During that time, I enjoyed browsing the locally made soaps and scrubs, candles, pottery and hand bags. They even had a wine cooler stocked with some bottles that looked amazing, and were all in the $30 range. And the coffee? Well, it was phenomenal! The grass fed butter made it creamy and gave the foam a nice golden hue. The coconut oil nicely complemented the bright flavor of the Kona Coffee beans. Most importantly, it left me with a sense of well being and gave me a mental boost. Can't recommend enough!

DO NOT BUY THIS COFFEE ONLINE. This is definitely not the Kona coffee we had in Hawaii. We had Kona coffee while in Hawaii (not at this business) and it was the best coffee we've ever had. So for my wife's birthday, I ordered online the 14 oz Medium Roast decaf coffee. (The decaf only comes in Medium Roast). Total with shipping was $84.01. Well, it was the most disappointing birthday to date. This coffee was terrible. First of all, we noticed the smell of the beans in the bag. It did not smell like coffee at all. It had a chemical smell to it although Kona Coffee and Tea claims to use the CO2 method to decaf and not chemicals. We followed the ratio instructions on their web site. The first thing we noticed after brewing was the lack of color. You could see through it. The coffee tasted exactly like it smelled. It did not taste like a quality coffee at all. It tasted like water that was washed over some old stale celery. Just terrible. We tried to increase the ratio to get more flavor but only got more stale celery tasting water. If you love coffee like we do, stay away from this coffee. Of course there are no refunds or returns, but they tell you to email them. No surprise they do not answer my email. So now we are stuck high priced terrible coffee beans with no help or even a response from this company. Save your money and shop online elsewhere.

Amazing coffee, amazing service… while in Hawaii this was my go to place for espresso. The taste and aroma of the coffee made me feel like home. The taste is not subtle like Starbucks but it has that real full body taste you’d love if you were a coffee addict. The atmosphere is very inviting and the staff is very friendly. I’m happy I could find an amazing coffee shop away from home. I highly recommend anyone try this place if their in town.

Probably one of the best coffee spots in Kona that we have tried . And trust me there a few good spots here . Seems popular as there are always an influx of people coming in . Love that they open early on the weekends - smart ! We were up early and driving around for some coffee ☕️ when we found out this place was open . We ordered a pour over dark roast - oh my gosh - so good ! It didn’t need cream or sugar . It was smooth and delicious . We went back for two more coffees- a flat white and a honey latte . It was all so good we had to end it with a parfait since we saw so many people ordering it ! Great spot - do come by!!

Food: Coffee taste wonderful! It’s our first Lona coffee on the Big Island and it’s impressive! The bagel is also very nicely done. All of their coffee comes in double shots so it’s very strong already. Service: the staff is warm and welcoming. They have interesting merch as well. Ambiance: casual and good for takeout or just stand for a quick grab.
