Loved this place. Would always go between 8:00pm - 9:00pm for the bogo half priced. Last time I went I got bad food poisoning from the banana froyo. Had to go to the hospital. Won’t be going back.

The welcoming ambiance was quite inviting, and I was pleased to find an array of operational yogurt machines and a wide selection of toppings to complement your yogurt. To my surprise, Frost also provides shaved ice. The only thing missing was a sugar-free yogurt option. Nevertheless, I was thoroughly impressed with the impeccable cleanliness and the well-stocked offerings at this eatery.

The froyo was mid and too icy, honestly all the flavors kind of taste the same. The toppings were fine but beware the high price tag. Not worth it for the price. 4 adults for $48 🙄 …

The froyo here is absolutely delicious, honestly some of the best around, and the flavors and toppings are totally on point. I’d easily give the food itself five stars. However, the customer service during my visit completely ruined the vibe. There was a worker there, very tall with blonde hair, who was just incredibly ignorant. She spent the entire time glued to her phone with her AirPods in, totally ignoring customers. She was even talking on the phone in front of us. It’s pretty frustrating to walk into a business and feel like you’re bothering someone just by trying to order because they can't be bothered to unplug. Go for the frozen yogurt because it's great, but don't expect any actual service if she's the one on the clock. Hopefully management can get their staff to put the phones away and actually pay attention to the front of the house.

Froyo one-stop shop with A TON of toppings to choose from. The family enjoyed the ability to customize their bowls with a dozen+ toppings. There's also a DIY shave ice machine with a handful of homemade syrups or the standard selections.

We love coming here! Frost Kailua is always a great spot for a sweet treat! They have an awesome variety of frozen yogurt flavors and a wide selection of toppings—something for everyone. On our most recent visit, I was especially impressed by the excellent customer service. The staff member on duty was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. He was constantly restocking, cleaning, and even mopping to make sure the space was welcoming and safe. What stood out most was how he kindly opened the door for me as I was leaving with my nursing baby. That extra bit of care really meant a lot. I truly appreciate his hard work and hope he gets the recognition he deserves! I’m not 100% sure on his name, it may be Scotty. But if the owner sees this- he’s pictured in the background .

Got there at 1:30 pm on a Monday in December. There weren't many customers so service was fast and friendly. If we had purchased our yogurt between 2 - 4 pm we would have gotten a 50% off the second purchase. We found free parking right in front of entrance. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Areas for children to hangout and watch TV. There was a restroom too.
