Domino's Pizza - Kailua-Kona (Henry St.)

Refused to honor their own unexpired coupon. Dismissive night manager. However, Dominos Corporate did honor coupon and refunded me the money.

Mo complaints, fast friendly easy ordering and carry out service. Confused on the delivery part because they don't deliver to my home, but will deliver to the school less than a mile to me.

I don’t know if I’m just fat or they just persuaded real good but the food was awesome, they got me ordering more than I expected to. Fire place

Pizza was good. Just the right amount of toppings. Used the app for discounted price. Fast service.

Exactly how you expect it to be. Classic flavors. Four stars only because the pizzas got smaller for the prices. Oh, and I wanna see the Noid back in action #80sbaby here

Domino’s – Henry Street Location, Kona Ordered three medium pizzas 35 minutes before arriving at the Henry Street location in Kona. When I got there, the woman at the counter couldn’t find my order — apparently they hadn’t even started it. When I asked how long it would take, she said, “To be honest, I have no idea,” and then simply walked away. She didn’t offer to check, didn’t apologize, and made no effort to help. We had a soccer game to get to, so we had to leave and tried calling the store to let them know. The automated AI asked why I was calling, transferred me, and after a few rings a recording came on saying the extension wasn’t working and to let the manager know. So there was no way to actually reach anyone. When we finally returned to pick up the pizzas, no one acknowledged us. I found the pizzas sitting in the pickup area, already lukewarm. I grabbed them, took the two sodas I ordered, and walked out — still not a single word from any staff member. This was, without question, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I sincerely hope someone addresses this and reaches out to make it right, but I’m not holding my breath.

A very convenient branch of Dominos that is opened till late on weekdays and till even later on Weekends. The staff are amazing people, all very friendly, super helpful, and prioritizing efficiency. Abdul helped us select and place our order with ease, and was super helpful in getting our order completed swiftly. The restaurant has plenty of indoor seating area, while there are steel and wooden benches and tables to sit right outside the restaurant as well. They have plenty of vegetarian options as well. The restaurant is fully wheelchair accessible l. There is plenty of free parking available in the mall lot outside and around this restaurant. Highly recommend this branch for Pizza.

Dominios in kona the food is always good. 👌 We usually go at night and it's busy but today we went in the afternoon and was not busy at all. Alvin was the employee and was super nice and helpful. Dominios is a fav for sure. We ordered the parmasean stuffed crust pizza and the crust was almost as big as the pizza slice itself. Was still good with the cheese in the crust 😋 mahalo domino's for all you hard work and aloha!!!

I had a mobile order to go, and it was ready when I arrived, great! It was a hawaiian with green peppers on half the pizza. The peppers were only on 1/3 the pie. No biggie, it happens. The pizza was tasty until I had a bite with a long hair baked into the cheese and connected to one of the green peppers. Kinda lost my appetite after that. I would have rated the food higher if it wasn't for the hair.

A friend ordered online and picked up this pepperoni pizza deep dish from the Kailua Kona location. 💫 It was so super yummy.. It's like heaven in a box. My friend brought it to my work place! It is fabulous! I can taste the cheese sprinkled on top...Nothing is better than such a surprise. Specially since the weather is so cloudy 🍕 🍕 🍕...😊😊😊😊 And now I'm craving the marbled cookie brownie 😅😂😂😂 It says order by phone, online or in store... My friend ordered the chicken carbonara pasta and pasta primavera to take home. Chicken carbonara pasta has chicken, bacon, mushroom and penne pasta in Alfredo sauce. Pasta primavera had chicken, spinach, tomatoes, and mushrooms, penne pasta in Alfredo sauce. Two thumbs up according to Steve!👍👍😊
