This is one of best products I’ve experienced as I’ve been using passion fruit extract for many years. It does not have added sugar so you have a pure product and can sweeten to your preference. I use the extract in drinks, cakes, ice cream. You want to delight people, make a mango-passion fruit ice cream, and margaritas with a passion fruit profile…wow.

My family and I were lucky enough to spend 2 weeks in Hawaii and had the best Mai Tai at a local restaurant. I googled the recipe and when I got home I wanted to recreate the drink.
