Burger King - Kailua-Kona (Kopiko St)

Friendly service and we'll prepared food! Eating inside would be nice again.

The staff was very kind and I liked the way the little pieces of Grogu meat tasted in his burger.

Food is great. I love the Whopper, have for 45 years. But the service at the Kona store is terrible. No courtesy. No smiles. It's been that way for at least a year. I went mid day and they weren't that busy, only 3 customers, and I was the only one at the counter. It doesn't take much to smile. I come from the hospitality industry and I know how simple it is train associates to be courteous.

Always a good Whopper no matter where you go. Downside was the broken a/c in the restaurant. Not the store's fault.

The guys working tonight did a great job. Drive-thru moved fast, and food was great.

If all Burger King restaurants on the main land had service like this location, I would visit them regularly. Clean, inviting, People who are happy to serve you, taking pride in their job.

First, the woman at the window was mumbling and not making eye contact. When my husband asked her to repwat herself, she made eye contact and over pronunciated like he was stupid. It took 25 minutes to get HALF of our order. When we took the receipt in and asked for the 2 burgers we were missing, the older woman behind the counter was argumentative and so rude. We've been here 3 times in the last year and every single time the service is so bad that we are reminded why we dont eat here.

Love this place. Excellent burgers and good vegetarian options. Fast and good though prices are a bit higher than what I’ve been used to

Burger King blocked public restrooms from their customers. Laziness at its peak. Absolute disregard toward their clients. You can imagine what else they are cutting on in the kitchen. No pass for Burger King! Over $16 after tax for whopper meal medium.

The food is kinda expensive for take out only. You could probably go out to a nicer restaurant and pay the same. The Burger King is under renovation. So, you can't dine in. The staff was nice. But, with all the options in Kona. You could find somewhere better. Unless you really want a whopper. Then, just go through the drive thru. But, wow. The price is high for fast food.😪
