Huge N Y and Boston style pizza. Very friendly staff. Well worth the money.

Visited Boston Pizza in Kailua on October 12th , and sadly it wasn’t a great experience. The staff member helping us to seemed annoyed for no reason. There were no other customers. I probably won’t be coming back here. I much prefer the Aiea location the staff there are always nice!

Impossible to find good thin crust pizza in hawaii? This place is absolutely fantastic. 100% great experience, good ingredients, service and the pizza is top notch. Garlic knots were amazing as well however they wouldn’t let me order more marinara with them which was annoying… regardless, worth it.

Horrible Service. They served me a $35 Vegetable pizza with missing broccoli, which is clearly listed with the ingredients on their menu. They did not communicate to me that my pizza would be missing broccoli and I ended up driving home and turning around and driving back to ask why my pizza was missing broccoli. It was only then they decided to tell me that the broccoli was discontinued from their menu. After wasting my time ordering waiting for a half an hour and driving back, one of the servers was laughing at me when I asked to return the pizza. I left a $5 tip for good service and left empty handed, insulted, and disappointed.

Pretty sure my review was deleted so posting it again! 100% awful service - whoever the woman is that works directly in front is severely rude and condescending. Even the works behind her looked like they were having an awful time but if I had to work under those conditions I would fully understand. Very displeased because I used to enjoy this spot a lot. I decided to order on my own one time instead of my husband and was given very far different treatment than him and literally ordered the same thing he always does - I won’t get too deep into that but go ahead and save your money!

If you are getting a "slice" of pizza, you're really getting two. These slices are huge and it's good NY style pizza. Pizza in Hawaii sucks, but this is pretty good!

If you are looking for some delicious pizza look no further, this pizza is the pizza of all pizzas, it's delicious, it has fresh toppings, and it's so big it doesn't fit in the box. Stop wasting time and go get one.

Best pizza on the island!!! We love the Boston special. But all the pizza pies are bomb!! Highly recommend.

This place is perfect after going to lanikai or Kailua beach. Pizzas are excellent. We loved the crust!! Warning… their “slice” order comes with two large slices 😋 plenty space to eat outdoors for a quick lunch stop!
