Panda Express - Ewa Beach (Keaunui Dr)
About
A Convenient Stop in Ewa Beach
Located right in the heart of the Laulani Village Shopping Center, this Panda Express serves as a reliable go-to for residents of Ewa Beach looking for a quick bite after running errands. The space maintains that familiar, efficient energy found in high-traffic commercial hubs, making it an ideal pitstop if you are heading toward the coastline or finishing up a shopping trip.
Signature Flavors and Menu Staples
The steam tables here are consistently stocked with the brand's iconic Orange Chicken—crispy, tangy, and sweet—which remains the primary draw for most visitors. Beyond the staples, the kitchen frequently rotates seasonal specials. You will hear the familiar clatter of woks and the steady hum of the exhaust fans, providing a predictable yet comforting backdrop for a grab-and-go meal.
What to Expect
Because of its position within a bustling retail complex in Ewa Beach, the parking lot can get quite packed, especially during lunch hours and early evening rushes. If you are planning to dine in, expect a brightly lit, functional environment. It is best suited for families needing a fuss-free dinner or solo diners catching a meal between appointments. The service is typically brisk, keeping the line moving even when the crowd swells, ensuring you get your fix of chow mein or honey walnut shrimp without a long wait.

never going to this panda express again to use the bathroom. i went to the restroom and someone tried opening it. it was locked. they started knocking and i said “someones in here” and they unlocked it. it was a worker. i yelled that someone was in here and they apologized. i came out furious. she tried saying that she was knocking and didnt hear anything. but just because shes a worker and has keys to the bathroom does not mean she has the advantage to just unlock it when she needs to go. IT IS LOCKED FOR A REASON! overall your food is nasty and dry.

Hair in food, called them. Explained found a hair in one of the dishes. Didn’t seem very concerned that it had made me sick while eating my dish, said they’d refund. Took the plate back, Manager didn’t even come out. Horrible customer service. No real apology and you’d think they’d have refunded mine as I sicked mine all up.

Probably one of the worst Pand Express experiences I’ve ever had. 30 minutes before closing and they have almost nothing and are informing customers that they will NOT be making more food. They also do not let you try any samples so don’t ask, cause apparently they don’t do that here. Not sure if that changed but during Covid I was able to “try a sample” at Kapolei every time I went there (which is a lot). There are 7 employees. Nothing be made, nothing stocked, no forks, spoons or napkins. I will not be coming back to this location again. And no “they are about to close” does not come into play 30 minutes prior when they are legitimately turning away customers as a result of them refusing to cook. Looked like they started cleaning at 8pm so the call was made earlier to stop cooking for guests.
