McDonald's - Ewa Beach (Keaunui Drive)

Long line at drive through at 8:15 a.m. - only one lane open. Pickup order stalls were filled. Busy. Need more staff but have to be flexible, times are hard.

Drive thru line was way to long. Did a mobile order for in store pickup. Guess what, they had the doors locked during regular business hours. Closed an hour early. Tried calling to get a refund. Was promised a “replacement item” at a later time. Update: Yeah the typical response is to contact their "care team" I have and like always you don't get a response.

Every time I order online delivery to this McDonald’s they get my order messed up. It’s always my drink that I want to be a Coke but it turns out to be Dr. Pepper or Iced Coffee. How do you mess that up?! It says Coke on the order and receipt. How do you even get iced coffee in there?!!

I ordered a chicken meal deal with a large drink. This McD charged me an extra 89 cent for a drink upgrade... why!? When all the drinks (small thru large) are all the same price. I don't get it! I think it's a rip off. In addition most McD are now charging coffee the same price as a drink. And the senior coffee no longer available. All with no refill option! How's that! McD, pls answer the question. Until then going else where.

Burgers are not my favorite meal, but I like to celebrate and get the half a pound burger “deluxe” once in a blue moon. Nevertheless, what I love about McDonalds are the awesome workers and their lovely faces and their friendliness. That is why I rated 3/5th on the food because I am a health obsessed person. Whereas, service and the atmosphere are a 5/5 here at McDonald’s Laulani because of the brilliant and lovely workers.

Went through drive through. Wanted a caramel sundae, haven't had one in quite awhile. They have gotten smaller and much more expensive. 😐 Still like I remember but melted faster.

This was a great McDonalds to go to. A gentleman named Cody helped us at the window and he was very pleasant and kind. Its nice to be helped by good people. Thank you to him. The food was also very fresh and we didnt wait in line long. Great McDonald's to go to!

Service was grea and fast. Got breakfast a few times here. Always love getting the local breakfast. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a quick bite to eat throughout the day.

Honestly, of all the McDonald's I've been to this place has it the most together. The staff seems relatively happy and helpful. They keep the restaurant and grounds clean. Its VERY busy cause the other McDonalds is...well, not this one. So be patient. Never had an issue with my orders here yet and I come here at least every other week for either a quick breakfast grab or afternoon snack.

The worst customer service ever! The employees at this location could care less by making you eat their cold expensive food when they made the mistake of giving you the wrong order then not answering the phone leaving you having to drive back to get what you paid for. Then treating you like you’re ripping them off!! Unexceptionable. Here’s a pic of your stupid fries that spilled while driving back to your lousy McDonald’s where the management wouldn’t give fresh fries or a refund because the box was missing some while the rest of my order was cold and that’s all I asked for having to go all the way back to get what I paid for! Now I want all my money back!!
