I’ll start off by saying I I ordered a pizza online and meant to order it with white sauce, but when we got home it was red sauce. We went online to see our order and noticed our order said red sauce and we were confused but thought that dominos usually has good customer service and they would help us out. I went in person to talk them and asked if we could replace the pizza for one with white sauce and they just said no, that we would have to buy a new pizza. They really let me down because I thought dominos had good customer service and I felt let down when all they say is “there’s nothing I can do” but it felt like there was.

On November first, at 10:30pm, I was omw to my bf's house afterwork, tired and high off the John F Penmedy, I'd decided to pick up some pizza. I went in, and this singular worker was there. She was insanely sweet, and gave the best customer service I could have ever asked for lmao She took me through the menu and was insanely cute about everything. She seemed genuinely happy to help, have given me my order, and hand it to me when it was ready. The cookie brownie was 100% worth. Idk ur name, or why ur so sweet, or if you'll ever see this, but plz, don't stop being who you are, and keep making the world a better place <3

Found a plastic piece in my daughter’s stuff cheese bread. Called and the female worker who was the “shift manager” wasn’t helpful or apologetic but only told me to claim the free item via the dominos app. I just hope no one else maybe had some moldy looking piece in their food. It was also sharp. I went through the domino’s customer service route and they emailed me saying this location is privately owned so hopefully I actually get a call back.

Paid $18 before tip for a medium 3 topping. The pepperoni and sausage were on the pizza but like 2 small pieces of steak. The manager wasn’t helpful at all. Won’t be going to this location again. He said it was under the cheese but we’ve ordered dominoes many times& you can easily see the steak. Disappointing, prob won’t be ordering again anytime soon
