Burger King - Ewa Beach (Fort Weaver Rd.)

Food is always incorrect in drive thru. Staff are not friendly when you have to go inside to correct order. Parking lot is terrible. Burger King corporate needs to help that stores' parking lot which is why we resort to drive thru.

The cashier didn't know the daily specials and had to get a manager to ring in an advertised special. The cashier never smiled or said thank you. She was borderline rude. Like she has something better to do than her job.

I've been picking up orders from this Burger King for the past few times, and each time I've encountered poor service. The employees hand out orders rudely, sometimes literally throwing the bag down. Questions are answered reluctantly or even ignored. I understand that everyone has a job to do—I deliver food too, and I always try to be respectful. But I'd like Burger King employees to do their job professionally and treat people like human beings. This kind of attitude toward customers is unacceptable. I ask you to pay attention to the quality of service.

Decided to stop in on my way to the bus stop. Just like the driveway they ignore you just standing in the lobby. Stood there waiting for 10 mins with no greeting or “we’ll be right with you” I made eye contact with atleast 3 different employees and they just turned and walked away. I left and walked over to Taco Bell, I was in and out with my food with in 10 minutes. Don’t bother with this location, plenty of other places around that are MUCH better and actually want to have you come in.

Spent 30 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me. Ended up just driving off without paying or getting my order. Not the first time this drive thru has taken forever, but this one was ridiculous. I could clearly see the inside of the restaurant was not busy, so no idea what the staff was doing.

Food was ok. There was no refills on my drink like every other restaurant I've been to it would of been fine if the first drink wasn't full of ice and no drink. Probably will not be back. Ridiculous. Go to McDonalds you at least can count on them to make a problem right!!

Non existent. Sat in the dr ive thru for almost 20 minutes. Not one movement. Couldn't reverse or move forward. Ridiculous. At least walk.out and let us know. Then I called the inside and asked how much longer so I coulld let my boss know. She argued with me, telling ive only been there for 5 min while someone "added a burger". Um, no, it was from 8:59- 9:14. That's how I knew i had to call my boss. Bruh. Not ever again.
